What an terrible experience! Ordered top … charged over $ 50 ( I fallowed size table - revived huuuuuge) when returned got $28 back … they get you! I was charged tax twice! When purchased and returned!(?)
And what was suppose to be free shipping they got it back

I am now 25 days post order, all of my items were in stock when I ordered, projected time for package to arrive was 10-14 days. Now on day 25 & my order is "on it's way", which has been the status for 10 days now. I called customer service. I appreciate they employ teenagers who need a summer job bc we all need to start some place but the staff are not the most... competent. That said, I also support the creative responses to how much longer until my package arrives. I feel the kid that was "helping" me should try college & creative writing bc he has mad skills on imagination! My projected time line, tentatively, possibly, but he could not really say, was 30 days for my package to arrive. Looks like it will not arrive by my vacation, which just forces me to rethink my puritan beliefs of wearing clothes at the beach. Thanks Swimsuits For All for forcing me to see the bigger picture & not to sweat the small stuff. It has certainly been challenging in dealing w/this company. I will never order from them again. Save yourself the aggravation, please.

So apparently the last time I ordered a suit for swimsuits for all(and I do mean the very last time ever) I mysteriously signed up for a free trial period for their "rewards" program. After this free trial I was charged $15 a month for the "privilege" of the program, of which I had no clue I was enrolled, and received no benefit whatsoever. Shame on me for missing the $15 they stole from my account for over 6 months which went unnoticed. Once noticed, the only nice thing I can say is that the person I called to "cancel" the service I didn't know I had was helpful and cancelled it for me without trying to sell me on keeping this useless and deceptive rewards program in place. I have since received an email confirming I am no longer a member but only in a month will I be able to determine if the service was canceled or not.

I ordered 2 suits on 4/13/2022 (Order #*******185) and received in a normal amount of time. However, completely incorrect order. Size, style, color, all wrong. I try to start an "exchange", however this company does not know what an exchange is. They messed up and all I wanted was correct items shipped when my return was received. They insist on giving gift cards or processing full return which forces customer to redo full order process even though entire issue was based on Swimsuits For All error. Then when they finally issued my refund, they subtracted return shipping from my balance. That's right people, when they mess up the customer still has to pay for return shipping. I asked on several occasions for them to just send items I actually ordered and their process is their process no matter how much wait time it causes the customer. It has now been almost exactly a month since my order and I just got a portion of my refund yesterday. So if I want correct suits it would be another week or 2.6 week wait time for their mistakes! I gave this a 1-star rating because if items are received correctly they are typically nice swimsuits, but you are screwed if any of your orders require customer service department. I will not give this company anymore of my business.

They sent the wrong item and refused to send the correct item without me paying for it again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never recommend this site or order from them again
I ordered 2 swimsuits totaling over $100 and paid $17 for shipping (who does that these days). One of the swimsuits wasn't what I ordered. When I called C/S to inquire the first time I was told the 2nd suit was shipped separately. A week later I called C/S again and was told the complete opposite, there was no separate shipment. I returned both suits and was charged $28 for returning with no explanation. I called C/S twice with no luck, on hold and transfer to wrong dept. I sent a request through their "contact us" area on website. Someone responded saying they'll fix it. Still waiting to see if that happens.

Ordered may 29th, items were listed in stock. As of today June 10th order still in "processing" Tried to cancel and they will not cancel order, PayPal has money pending because this company says order is processing. I call BS! It's out of stock and they want to keep the sale by making me wait until it comes in. Read reviews from other sites as well and you'll see this company is Shady in pulling stunts like this. Will never order from them again and am filing a BBB compaint and contacing payPal to see if they can do anything about this scam of a company.

I have bought suits from here before and had great luck, NOT this time. I purchased a swimsuit and the first time I tried it on, the strap snapped. I talked to people on the phone, through email, and the chat function and no one could seem to help me. I bought it through Paypal, so I understand not generally being able to exchange, BUT THE STRAP BROKE! I was told that I would need to pay shipping, and choose a different size or color, which I did not want to do. I finally decided to just send it back and take the shipping penalty, just so I could get some of the cost back... well, I guess my return was "lost" so I didnt even get part of my money back.
I was a multiple times a year buyer... my shopping will be going elsewhere from here on out.

This is almost too comical to be true. I purchased a longitude suit which turned out to fit much shorter than longitude suits I have had in the past. I returned it immediately after trying it ontags and liner still intact. A few weeks later it was returned to me with a note saying the item wasn't returned within the days required and that the item was damaged. Neither was true. So I called the returns department; they said it was an error and to return it. I did and guess what? It was returned to me again. Called again and they apologized, finally refunded it and explained how to return it this time. Much to my dismay, frustration, annoyance, it was in my mail yesterday! Is this for real? Do they not want the suit back?!

When I placed my order, the site stated shipping would be 7 to 14 days. A week later it had not shipped yet so I called to see if I would get it by June 10th (which is over 3 weeks from when I placed my order) and the rep said I would not have it till the 14th. I explained that I'm going on vacation on the 11th and would like to cancel the order. She said she nor a manager could cancel the order but she can request a return label. What? So they would rather pay shipping two ways instead of canceling the order. This company needs new management! I wish I had read all these horrible reviews before ordering.

SERVICE and Customer Service is below 1 star (yeah! I said what I said) and the Customer Service Rep GINGER was Rude! Could use a lot more training. BY NOW... companies should have worked out the kinks on deliver STOP using the PLAN-DEMIC as your excuse to process things timely... Need a bathing suit in 20-30 day this co. Will be right up ur alley... but the promise of 7-10 days is a joke... they definitely lost a good Customer

I ordered a swimsuit and received an email two days later telling me my "order has been modified". When I called to find out WHAT this even means because the email explained NOTHING, I was told that my credit card declined because my shipping address didnt match my billing address. I reordered the item and was told that everything was good. Two days later, I received another email telling me my order had been modified... sigh... so I called emailed them telling them this has been a big hassle and now I was going to have to try to order the swimsuit yet AGAIN. I received an email in response telling me they are sorry for the "inconvenience and they hope I will shop with them again". Really, thats the best customer service you can offer? No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. BIG HASSLE.
I ordered a bathing suit for my vacation on June 8th and it wasn't shipped until June 18th. It is June 26th and I STILL haven't received my package nor can I track it. I called the company to complain and all they could tell me was it has been shipped and they don't have any other information. What kind of crap is that? So now it could be lost and a claim can't be filed until after 30 days. Never again will

I ordered 2 (2pc) bathing suits and a coverup. I received the bottom of 1 and the remaining items. I called customer service to find the missing top and was placed on hold for total of 30 MINS!. Problem solved right? WRONG they charged me 2x. Called customer service once more and was placed on hold for another 30+ mins. I will not be ordering from this site again.
I am from Canada and ordered a swimsuit from that store on January 20th. Had to pay 22$ US for express shipping (6 to 11 days delivery). I sent a first email on February 4th to advise them I still didn't receive my order. They sent me back an automatic email that was not even answering my question. So I sent them back another email to let them know my question remained unanswered. They finally answered a real answer and told me that the carrier didn't update my order status since January 23rd and they didn't know where was my order. But I had to leave them 25 business days before starting to complain. So I paid for express shipping and shouldn't complain that the shipping wasn't express at all. I still did not receive my package yet. And reading the other reviews I'll have to pay overpriced customs if I ever receive it. Think twice before buying there!

In 2018... yes 2018. I placed an order and they sent me a duplicate order. I returned the duplicate order and the didn't credit my card, the sent me an egift card. 2021 and I still have not been able to use the egfit card. I get "an unknown error occured" message. I just call them again, and I have to call them back in 5-7 days. What? This was their mistake and I am just trying to use the darn thing up! Horrible customer service.

This was my review taken down from their website because it "included shipping issues": I was so excited because it looked so great on Ashley Graham! I bought a size 12 and usually I am a medium/large so I assumed it would be okay, this thing barely covered my boobs and the strings that look cute on the side are too short, they don't get to dangle on the sides like it shows on the picture. Also, the material felt off, when I started to put it on it stretched a bit and it sounded like it was going to rip. This thing cost me almost $100 including shipping, yes it arrived early which was great, but the packaging came damaged, almost like burned. I am sorry but if I am paying$100 for a swimsuit and expedited shipping it better at least come bubble wrapped. It didn't, it came in a melted bag. While I am looking at returning it, it says in small letters that for a return you need to pay for your own label, of you can use theirs but they will give you a e-gift card and still deduct $7.50 from it. WHAT? So amazing, I pay my shipping here and back for an item that is obviously not as promised, so much for "easy returns." The least they could have done is payed for the return shipping. I basically wasted $30 dollars on this little experience and didn't even get to keep the swimsuit because of how awful it was. I am not buying from this company again, which is a shame because I was trying to embrace it's body positivity! I am sticking with Torrid, thank you.
I have been buying from this company for years. I had the misfortune to need to return a dress I purchased from them. I sent the item back in the allotted time, unworn and with all the tags in tact. They claimed they sent me an ecard for my return. I assumed it would reflect on my account buy alas it did not. When I called them to find out how to redeem my credit, they explained that it was emailed. Since I never received it, I asked them to resend. Apparently, they only keep records for 90 days and that I am out of luck. Since I did not redeem it or contact them in 90 days, they simply keep my money! Stay away from this overpriced thief!
I made two separate orders; ordered 3 suits in all. Kept one, and returned the other two, including the one from the first order. When I returned them, they said the first one was past their 60-day window, so I received no credit for it. They kept the suit which had the tags still on it--had obviously never been worn--and they kept my money. I got NOTHING except for a rudely jabbering customer service rep telling me "too bad." They have a rotten return policy and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER shop there again!
I ordered a swimsuit on February 13th, 2021 for a vacation on March 11th. After 2 weeks the only information on the "track my package " was that my suit shipped on Feb. 18th. When I called customer service an uninterested and unhelpful representative told me it could take up to 18 BUSINESS days for my package to arrive by USPS. Although I checked the "track my package " function daily, it never had any information except the shipping date. A second call to customer service after 18 business days yielded the same result as the first: no information on when my suit would arrive, no interest in actually providing anything but a useless and insincere semi-apology. My swimsuit arrived on March 16th, too late for my vacation. Fortunately I ordered another from Amazon, and it arrived in 3 days in time for my trip. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon--they carry the same brands and sizes and deliver in days, not weeks.
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
