Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a bikini using their own sizing charts. It was HUGE! After trying to return the bikini I was told that the entire product had to reach the warehouse and be processed under 60 days (an event that took two whole weeks). My order was processed and billed to me within 5 days so I am very certain they can process orders quickly. After trying to work with customer service reps and continue to gift them with my business I was told that they would not except the brand new, never been worn, piece for a return. Regardless that I was exchanging for another product of equal or greater value.
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. They made the already crappy process of buying swimwear terrible.
I ordered on 4th of June, then waited for shipping, send them too many emails, no answer... Then I contacted with Corinne, thanks her, she answered and led me... they told that they cancelled my product cause of wrong billing address, I said ok it could be my fault, I can order again, please cancelled the provision you take from my bank then I can get my money back... they told me they did!
It's 20 th of June now, my bank told me if they cancelled end of the day, then money would automatically back to my account... my bank send me the approval code that swimsuitsforall didn't cancelled, my bank cant do anything, soo I send them the code and still waiting them to cancel... to get my money back for the product I never get...
Everything mustn't be that hard, if they really canceled my provision at the end of the day as they said, I would be ordered my new suit but I really get tired... Please be carefull while ordering!
I made two separate purchase 2 days apart. The first package came with a return label; the second did not. I looked for days for the return label for the second package thinking I had misplaced it. When I couldn't find it, I called and they told me there wasn't one included as they were going paperless. Ok weird but I spoke with the customer service rep and negotiated a return and new purchase designed to avoid exchange/shipping fees. She told me a return label would be emailed to me. When I didn't receive it, I called and they told me that they wouldn't be sending me one because the return would be received by them after the allowable return period. A supervisor acknowledged that their rep had provided false information but still would not take back the merchandise and issue a refund.
I would happily buy more merchandise, e.g. great sale items) however, I won't as it takes too long to ship merchandise! I'm still waiting on 2 orders from almost 1 month ago - ridiculous! Sue K
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My entire experience, from beginning to end, has been horrible! They charge high shipping fees and orders can take over 3 weeks to arrive with in-stock items. They don't tell you this up front. They include FREE RETURN LABELS, but if us use them and you want a refund to your credit card, they will charge you another $10! So, there is NO FREE SHIPPING as the falsely advertise. I made the mistake of placing two orders with this scam company. Shame on me! Never again!

I received both of my items a little over three weeks if you're willing to wait for your purchase the suits are of very good quality I'm keeping both!

Would love to leave 0.1 rating. Placed an order online 4 Jun, went back to the site later 10 June still showed my items in the basket, so placed again (in error), got email from FullBeauty, searched and original order was in my junk. Call within less than 10 mins to cancel second order and was told nothing they can do. He said for the inconvenience he would note free returns. Told him it was international order was assured no problem. Got both packages, returned the second order in full and kept 2 pieces from first. Called numerous times to set up return prior to receiving items and one lady even hung up on me after telling me I had to have an account to place the order, I never created an account. Long story short after receiving the items and sent them back had been bounced to 4 different people regarding refund and being charged shipping and told that international orders cannot be cancelled once placed online. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. Did search on reviews majority very poor, should have done prior to ordering. Will not order from them again. Poor business and customer service. Waiting to see what is refunded back to my credit card.

I should have read previous reviews on this company. They are horrible they are scammers me where stay away. There shoots are junk your customer service is horrible they charge and outrageous shipping charge and they are rude and hateful on the phone they make promises on their emails and do not follow through. I would give this zero stars but the system makes you give a rating.I actually work in retail so I am very familiar with customer service and return policies- this was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced.
1st - I used their size generator to help determine the correct sizes and they were all off.
2nd - I joined their rewards program to use the free shipping option, also one of the worst programs I've ever signed up for.
I did not receive free shipping -you must email them to get a promo code that takes over a month and it is only for portion off not free shipping. I still signed up expecting to pay $9 for shipping.
I called the customer service number and they were just as bad as the program- no help at all
In total I paid $35 in shipping fees for a products that I cannot use because they're size calculator was very off ( $25 to ship to me and now have to pay $10 to send back)

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I placed an order with them on July 3,2019. I was sent an email stating that my order was shipped. So obviously, I was excited and tried to track the order from their site. However, I kept (and still keep) getting an error, and unable to track the package. I emailed customer service, hoping they could tell me where my package was... but got an email (from what I assume is NOT a real person) stating that most International orders are received in 15-18 days. Well, its been 17 business days, and I still DO NOT have that order, nor am I able to track this order.
I also emailed about a price adjustment since one of the swimsuits I ordered went on sale, and they replied a whole day later, when it was already gone. Then when I replied sending screenshots of the swimsuit being available when I looked at it, asking for them to price adjustment, as it was still available when I'd emailed them... they didn't ever get back to me (since I'm assuming its automated messages that are being sent out).
I have yet again sent them another email regarding my order... and being unable to track it... but am waiting on a reply. If I do not receive my swimsuit by this Friday... I am getting PayPal involved.
Would warn everyone to stay far away from this terrible company.

Ordered in April, received the wrong size top in May. Mailed item back immediately. Incompetent customer service staff. I ordered from this company for years and this one experience will allow me to NEVER EVER order from the company AGAIN. I will also make sure others DO NOT! REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LISTING NOW. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Even though I used their return shipping label to return two of the six items I ordered, I received them back saying that I was outside of the return period. I advised, and they have record, that they were dropped off in time, however, since the shipper was delayed, they were received 5 days late. No where does it state on the original invoice that they must be 'received within 60 days.' However, it is noted on the label that they used to return the merchandise back to me. The agent was very defensive from the beginning as was the supervisor who said I should have sent them 2 weeks earlier to guarantee that they would be received. Again, I was not of the understanding that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days. This is truly crazy, because the 60 day period starts on the date that they ship the items out to you... but it is not reciprocated. Waste you money if you want, but I will not do business with Swimsuits For All again.

There will be huge duties to pay for sales in Canada - almost as much as the product so the price will be doubled.
They ship with Fedex. If you decide to return to seller because you cannot pay the duties the shipping charges are for you to pay. The shipping charges are as much as the duties.
Here is a calculation in my case: 2 bathing suits 100$ covert to 144 CAD. Duties 77CAD. If I want to return to seller with Fedex (without pickup) I have to pay the shipping 74CAD. So the bathing suits cost me144+77= 221 CAD.
I can buy anytime at the most expensive mall in Canada a bathing suit for 100 CAD!
Be careful with this seller!

I should have listened to the reviews that others posted on this website. But I didn't and now I am out money and no swimsuit that I ordered! Their customer service is horrible. I ordered my swimsuit to be shipped in 2 days... paid over $40 for them to arrive in 2 days. Neither arrived within more than 2 weeks and when they arrived, they sent the wrong thing. NOW... they will not pay me for the money I spent for 2 day delivery AND they will not reimburse me for the difference in what they sent. Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. I suggest you not either. They do not even deserve one star.
TRIED TO DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE AND IT WAS LIKE ROCKET SCIENCE: MONEY WAS REFUNDED TO GIFTCARD INSTEAD. I ordered the most gorgeous swimsuit ever in four different sizes. I asked what their return policy was. Returns accepted for 60 days. Then I read the ratings. People are not receiving full price for their returns and/or are being issued gift cards instead of refunds. After ordering, I also read here that shipping takes way longer than promised. I am debating calling my credit card company to cancel, but I love the swimsuit. That's even though reviews I've read on their own website says the sparkle wears off of the suit. Here is what really bothered me about placing the order over the phone. It was clearly a foreign sweat shop I was ordering from. The lady taking my order was polite & patient, so I have absolutely no complaint about her. But what I didn't like was not being able to hear what she was saying due to the cacophony in the background. It was so loud that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, which she did gracefully, ( she called herself Lynn, by the way), and also I had to shout into the phone so that she could hear me. I came away from placing the order exhausted. I should also make mention that the first time I called, a man took the call. We were then disconnected somehow. But after I called back & got the lady named Lynn, I was glad that I had gotten disconnected, because the first person that I had on the phone, a man, did not impress me as someone who really wanted to help me. Now, do I push the panic button & cancel the order by calling my credit card company, or do I try my luck?
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
