I don't even want to give this a 1, but I have to chose something. Their warehouse does not process things in a timely manner and makes the customer lose out of the return cost AND the merchandise! 3 items returned in ONE package yet the warehouse says it was in 3 packages and all received at different times. WHAT A JOKE!
DO NOT do business with them if you are not 100% sure you are keeping the items!
I will never order from this company ever again. I picked out some cute swim suits for my daughter who was leaving on vacation on a Thursday morning. On a Monday I added the suits to my cart to see if I could get the for her by Wednesday, and sure enough, yay, it said "order by 3pm, and pay $39.99 - receive within 2 business days. So I did that, expecting to get on Wednesday. So Wednesday came, and I get an email that the suits will be arriving on THURSDAY! So that's three days! So I email customer service and say "hey why am I paying 40.00 to get my package in 2 days, but I'm getting it in three days?" They basically say 'Tough, the two days start after we send it out". WHAT? I call BS! I tell them that their wording is completely misleading, and If I would have known I couldn't get the suits until Thursday, I wouldn't have paid that much, but they basically said "too bad, we won't do anything". I won't ever be doing business with this company again!
The suits are fine but I ordered one that never arrived and when I contacted them to find out what happened they told me I had to complete and affidavit and mail it to them to get a refund. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the suit I ordered. I did complete the form and attached it to a reply email but was told it has to be mailed. Come on! In todays digital world there is no reason to require something to be mailed to Texas in order to reach a resolution. Sadly, they lost a customer today.
Watch out for the shipping costs! They operate as if they are in the 1980s, increasing the shipping cost with total amount of your order. If you buy 4-5 suits, be prepared to pay $30+ in shipping. When you return an item, they won't refund money... they will issue you a gift card. They say they will give you a cash refund if you pay return shipping of $10... but then you get -$10 and a gift card, and have to call customer service to resolve it... and they won't, or can't. If you think, "Fine, that's the cost of doing business"... well, then you find out it's $10 per returned item! ACK! No where in FAQ do they tell you this. What? Customer service won't help... their only purpose is keeping your money at SFA, telling you why they can't do something, apologizing but not resolving. Once you give them your money, you will never see it again... ever.
If they would fix customer service and shipping hassles, I would rate their products 4 stars. Sometimes sizing is waaaay off, but they have great styles. Living in FL, I wear a lot of swimsuits/rash guards/cover ups... this would be my go-to place if customer service was better and shipping was reasonable. I look here first because it's a great selection, but then I google to see if I can get my items elsewhere... 50% of the time I can.
My order finally arrived while I was on vacation. Included with the order were 12 catalogs not ordered or requested. Shipping on order was $35.04. As I no longer had any need for goods purchased I returned everything, shipping cost was $10.99. Why should I have to pay $24 for these catalogs that I never requested? Swimsuits for All has been very disappointing all round. Had to give one star to submit my review.
Spoke with Sam from Philippines who couldn't help with $24 shipping refund. Asked to speak with a US supervisor, was transferred to Carmen - bottom line they can't refund shipping costs... NEVER will do business with "Swimsuits for All" again.

My first order took months to receive! They won't help at all when you call! The first guy hung up on me when I wanted to speak to his supervisor! The second guy just told me I was s. O. l.! Unfreaking real that a company like this can exist in this day in time! I will never purchase from them again and I will make sure everyone I know hears all about my experiences and I think I will include letting everyone I don't know too on social media! People need to know what kind of company this is before they waste their money!

To a p. O. box that is not even is the same county where I live. When I asked customer service to repeat the address that I provided, they responded correctly. However, when I asked them where it was shipped, they shipped it some some destination that I have no knowledge or affiliation with. When I asked for a credit, they wanted to "snail mail" an affidavit that they wanted to fill out and return. This is preposterous. The onus was on them to make it right which they did not. In the future I WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Extremely rude customer service. I had keep explaining but there was no comprehension on the other end. "Caveat Emptor."
Poor return policy. They sent the wrong item, customer service is lacking, takes far too long to receive a refund and to receive the item I ordered I am asked to order and charge my credit card again (before a return was received). I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Returned my item. 2 months later still no refund or at least store credit. Talked to someone, "can't find my order" said I would have to spend another 100 to have them help me. Why would I do that when I haven't even got a refund or a credit on the last order. They are a joke and I will never buy from them again. I paid for 'super fast shipping' for 2-day shipping and my order was not shipped out for two days and will take 7 days to arrive. The item will not arrive on time and I tried to cancel the order. Every time I tried to chat with an agent they would end the chat session on me. I then called the customer service number provided and asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was dumped into a general mailbox to leave a voice mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWIMSUITS FOR ALL OR ANY FULL BEAUTY COMPANY! They are liars and will not help customers when they do not meet their own shipping deadlines.
This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. They are Swimsuits for all but under the umbrella of "Fullbeauty Brands" and the parent company is Apax Partners. President CEO Stephanie Sobel. They are nothing short of evil. They will steal your money, they will send you the wrong product not send you yours then charge you for the wrong item that they sent you and charge you to return it. Make you run all over trying to find somewhere to return it and still no refund. They will hold you hostage and not give you back the money they stole from you. Absolutely horrific. Please please do not buy anything. This company is absolutely awful and should not be in business. There are thousands of reviews for same Issues. They take your money period. I have filed with the BBB and Tomorrow I will be contacting New Jersey Attorney General. Again the only way to stop them from their illegal actions is to pass the word and STOP ALL PURCHASES. Don't let them take any more victims. I am going to try to see if there is a way to start a class action suit.
All is good until you have a problem. Ordered 2 swimsuits. Received 1. Called to correct. Thought the problem was fixed until I saw $166 charge on my bank (which was even more than the original order). The company is refusing to do ANYTHING to correct their mistake. I would recommend avoiding this company for pure lack of ethics.
For a 2 piece suit, I received the wrong bottom size. In order to get the the correct size, I was told I needed to return the suit (which will take them 10 days to receive) and then they will ship out the correct size (which will take another 10 days). I bought the suit for a vacation that takes place in a week. They were not willing to work with me in a way that was satisfactory. They said I could show proof of mailing it and then they would send it - but with my work schedule I am not able to get to the post office in a timely manner. Although it was their error, I am left high and dry.

Terribel customer service. I returned an item that was delivered in error to the "happy returns" designated location and got a confirmation number. But they will not give me the credit to get what I wanted until they received the item that was delivered in error. I will not receive a store credit until they receive it back in 2-3 weeks.
Shipping took 11 days and they sent me the wrong order! I ordered two swimsuits and received one and a random shirt. I called to speak to supervisor and they asked if I wanted to keep the shirt and PAY FOR it?!?!?!? I explained that I needed these for my vacation and wanted the other swimsuit. They refused to send me the suit I ordered until they received the shirt they sent me by mistake! I told them I no longer wanted the items and would just return them all for a full refund. They then wanted to charge me shipping for their mistake. I will never buy from any of these companies again.
It took 4 weeks for a refund with there label. And then they did not give a full refund not even half. Not to mention i check my checking account and the took another 15 dollars out of it. You call them and cant even understand what the hell they are saying. What a $#*! company.,
I order 2 swimsuits from them. Both of them did not fit so I returned both of them using the prepaid label and asked for a refund. They still do not want to issue me a refund.

I paid $54.00 for a swimsuit that wasn't well made. After going through the refund process, after the processing fee. That means they charge for returns and printing labels. So I lost over $10.00 for the privilege of just ordering the swimsuit.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
