Fit of suit was awful. Returns process was incredibly expensive. I paid $72 and was only refunded $47 after fees. Contacted customer service to complain and was told I agreed to those terms with purchase. Avoid.
I really have absolutely no complaints. I ordered 2 suits & received them within 8 days. I had to return one of the suits because of poor workmanship but the other was fine. The process was easy & am happy to say that it I was advised today that they have received the suit and have refunded (less shipping) my account. Ordering anything on line anymore is a crap shoot as far as quality. There are no quality controls in China. But I am happy with the suit I got.
I purchased a swimsuit. Didn't fit. Processed a return online and printed the confirmation and shipped it back. Never got a refund so I called. Turns out I can't get a refund because it exceeded the 60 window by 3 days! The item had to be RECEIVED by the company within 60 days of their initial SHIPPING date (not when I received my order). Customer service was awful. 0/10 do not recommend.

Do not order from this website, swimsuits are cheaply made even when they cost you a fortune. Wires on mine were even sewn in, and the back wouldn't stay shut, even though it fit me properly. Horrible customer service, rude and untimely. The shipping service they use is crap and 1/2 of my packages never got to me and they still won't give me a refund. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Do not order from this company! I sent my swimsuit back because I didn't like it. It was three weeks with no refund. I called and they said they had refunded me through a gift card. I told them that I wanted it refunded to my credit card and they then said it would be 3-5 days before it would be refunded. Out of $73, I was told I would only get $48 back due to $11 refund fee and no shipping/handling return. They basically got $25 off of me for returning an item that I didn't like, that is if they refund me at all. If they do this to every person that returns a swimsuit, think about how much they are making off of returns!

I wish I would learn to check reviews first! I placed an order weeks ago and still showing. Processing! No info can be given and can't cancel the order! By the time I receive this order it will be Christmas! Will never order again. I've never had this issue with other sister companies but this swim suits for a is a scam!

I ordered swimsuits and tried to return them. They stated they only exchanged. So I requested a larger size.I had to pay the return shipping. They were still too small, so I returned them. My $126 purchase and I received $54 in check form(did not credit my card as they stated). Terrible business practices. The chat monitors could care less. Soooo disappointed.
My first order took months to receive! They won't help at all when you call! The first guy hung up on me when I wanted to speak to his supervisor! The second guy just told me I was s. O. l.! Unfreaking real that a company like this can exist in this day in time! I will never purchase from them again and I will make sure everyone I know hears all about my experiences and I think I will include letting everyone I don't know too on social media! People need to know what kind of company this is before they waste their money!
Their website states that 2 promo codes are allowed, which was odd, but sounded great. (I should have realized that was to good to be true). I ordered 2 suits and entered 2 promo codes, one for 30% off and the other for free shipping. After placing the order I realized only the free shipping was deducted. I got on the chat and waited until they said nobody was available and they would email a response. Nothing. I sent an email to customer service which stated a response is usually received in a few hours…nothing. I tried the chat again and was told only one code was allowed, which is not what their website said. I then decided to cancel my order and was told it was too late….the order is being processed. I will need to pay $10.99 to return it, or get a gift card for another purchase. What a joke…if the chat would have answered when I placed the order it would not have been too late to cancel. The merchandise is often out-of-stock. The anticipated in-stock date is rarely correct. I've already received several emails stating my order is further delayed. Getting in touch with customer service is also not easy.

I wish I had read this reviews before placing an order. This company has NO customer service at all. They have no interest in fixing a problem at all. If you do order from them- expect a delivery wait of about a month. And no one will assist you until a month has elapsed of not receiving your delivery. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation!

Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time. "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait two more days before it can even be researched. Then I either get my order refunded or they try to send it again. UNACCEPTABLE! Meanwhile, my order from Lane Bryant was placed, shipped and received... for FREE. Once again Full Beauty brands is a disappointment. I am making sure to post my experiences on every platform possible since the last time I had a question (a MONTH ago) I still have yet to receive a response. Instead I got the same BS as here that response times are bad etc etc etc... except your competitors don't seem to have that problem do they? All I got was a free shipping coupon that did not work and another excuse for poor customer service

The site does not disclose that fulfillment time will generally exceed one month and when you call they tell you it can exceed that because of COVID. My order was still in the processing stage (I dont even think they have the product) so I asked for a refund, I was told no. Poor company, very poor return policy, I suggest not buying anything here. I did order some things for family last year but they returned them so I had a credit. I think the quality is very poor also. Steer Clear.

I ordered 5 bathing suits, knowing I'd return most of them, but wanting to TRY THEM ON. I called to place my order and I asked the customer service rep. If the return shipping would be free, she said yes 100%. As soon as i tried on all the ill fitting swimsuits I knew I would be returning them all. I read the return instructions to my dismay. It said you could only use the prepaid label for store CREDIT. Ugh, 5 mins and $13 latter my return was on it's way back.
It's been a month and I havent even gotten an EMAIL or a phone call telling me why it has been taking me so long. I call them daily and get the same bull sh*t.
Never. Ever. Again.
I ordered almost $100 worth of bathing suits. After 8 days went by and my order still showed as not shipped I called to cancel my order. I was told by supervisor Valerie employee #******* that orders can't be canceled and i should receive my items by July... July? A full month after placing order. Why can't an order be cancelled if it has not shipped and probably wont be shipped for a few more weeks? Mind you items are shipped from the United States. If they were honest in their advertising and said it will take over a month to receive a suit i never would have ordered!

I'm still waiting for even a shipping notification for two orders I placed May 2nd! I placed the orders a whole month in advance of when I needed them. Spent lots of money on beachwear that I don't even know I'll have by my vacation. An email to customer service was of NO help at all. You have turned a long time customer into a very dissatisfied customer. Do better swimsuitsforall. Not happy!

I have purchased several items for Swimsuits for all and will NOT be buying vendor again! The convenience of having a swimsuit delivered and try on at home is not worth the time and energy to receive a refund when returned. Unless you review your credit card statements to watch for the reimbursement you will not be repaid. I had to call three times to be told my reimbursement to my credit card would be received in 10-14 days. Last call stated 2-3 days and I still haven't received it. The time spent trying to receive the refund out ways any benefit of home delivery.
Ordered two suits. Both too small. But not just one size too small, more like 3 sizes too small. Their sizing is completely off. And returning is a nightmare! They don't refund, they give you store credit. But the credit is only for the merchandise, not for the shipping. Two suits, and I'm out more money than I care to say with the exchanges. And their "customer service" is a joke! I can't believe they are still getting away with these deceptive practices. How are they still operating as a business?! Unreal.
I ordered a swinsuit on 7/26 with express shipping, it was to arrive by 7/30. Fast forward to today 8/9, my order finally arrives and its a pair of men's pants! I call customer service, the rep I spoke to refunded me half of the express shipping charge and told me once I send the item back to call in and they would refund the rest of the shipping charge. Why is it that I have to follow up so I can get all my shipping charges refunded, when they are the ones who messed up? Did I mention that the swimsuit I ordered now 15 days ago is no long available in my size? This company is the worst when it comes to shipping and obviously sending out the correct items. Such a joke!

Do not share your credit card number with this company. They will send the wrong thing just so that they can take your card number again for a reorder -- all, under the guise of issuing a refund for the first item. It's a total scam. They sent the wrong thing twice before I figured it out and reported them for fraud.
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
