If I could give negative stars, I would. I will NEVER buy from one of their brands again. My order came with a defective top. I emailed customer service (since their archaic site doesn't offer exchanges) and was advised I needed to CALL CS to exchange the defective item. The CS rep did not speak much English; just enough to tell me to return my item online and order the replacement. I had to pay return shipping (10.99 + tax) along with shipping & processing fees for the replacement (22.99 + tax). They shipped an incorrect item. Called CS and got another rep who spoke little/no English and refused to assist with an exchange or connect me to a supervisor who could help. She told me I had to email CS. Email told me to call. I called and got another rep who didn't speak English and told me to contact the email group. Round and round for more than 4 weeks between their phone CS and email CS teams. I finally got connected to a CS rep based in the US who was able to assist, slightly. After 3 phone calls the the US-bases CS phone team, I was approved to return my full order, less 34.81 in processing/shipping fees. So I had to spend 34.81 on NOTHING, along with ~40 hours calling\emailing their disorganized, unhelpful and essentially non-English speaking reps. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable store who backs their products with hassle-free exchanges and returns.

I ordered the most gorgeous swimsuit ever in four different sizes. I asked what their return policy was. Returns accepted for 60 days. Then I read the ratings. People are not receiving full price for their returns and/or are being issued gift cards instead of refunds. After ordering, I also read here that shipping takes way longer than promised. I am debating calling my credit card company to cancel, but I love the swimsuit. That's even though reviews I've read on their own website says the sparkle wears off of the suit. Here is what really bothered me about placing the order over the phone. It was clearly a foreign sweat shop I was ordering from. The lady taking my order was polite & patient, so I have absolutely no complaint about her. But what I didn't like was not being able to hear what she was saying due to the cacophony in the background. It was so loud that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, which she did gracefully, ( she called herself Lynn, by the way), and also I had to shout into the phone so that she could hear me. I came away from placing the order exhausted. I should also make mention that the first time I called, a man took the call. We were then disconnected somehow. But after I called back & got the lady named Lynn, I was glad that I had gotten disconnected, because the first person that I had on the phone, a man, did not impress me as someone who really wanted to help me. Now, do I push the panic button & cancel the order by calling my credit card company, or do I try my luck?

I ordered several bathing suits in January. I was sent a size 14 bottom with my order which was suppose to be a MEDIUM bottom. I just wrote it off as a loss, but to my surprise I looked at my bank statements and they have been charging my card for 3 months for "free shipping" on future orders. What the heck? It was a one time order so I would never willingly sign up for recurring charges on my card. When I contacted CS, I was told that I couldn't cancel through the company, I would have to contact another company. And when I asked it I could do it online, I was told, no. I tried going to the questions page and it said I could click on my account and a drop down menu would appear that says, cancel membership. It wasn't on the drop down menu. This is so fraudulent I can't even describe my anger. The BBB or someone needs to get involved to get this practice halted AT ONCE. The fact that they are charging my card without permission is unacceptable. And let's just say it was a mistake, the fact that I can't call the company or go to the company website to cancel this charge is appalling! It shows their deceitful games. I will NEVER order from this company again just on the mere fact that they are thieves!

I love the suits I get from Swimsuits for all. I HATE that they charge so much for shipping. I get my suit and there are 5 pounds of catalogs that I will never look through and I have to pay shipping on. Do Better.

Website is messed up…too bad, so sad

Their website states that 2 promo codes are allowed, which was odd, but sounded great. (I should have realized that was to good to be true). I ordered 2 suits and entered 2 promo codes, one for 30% off and the other for free shipping. After placing the order I realized only the free shipping was deducted. I got on the chat and waited until they said nobody was available and they would email a response. Nothing. I sent an email to customer service which stated a response is usually received in a few hours…nothing. I tried the chat again and was told only one code was allowed, which is not what their website said. I then decided to cancel my order and was told it was too late….the order is being processed. I will need to pay $10.99 to return it, or get a gift card for another purchase. What a joke…if the chat would have answered when I placed the order it would not have been too late to cancel. Do these numbers add up to you? See picture

I purchased a chlorine resistant suit. I only wore it for a few weeks and had to throw it out. Material worn threw and sagging. Company would not replace it or do anything. Would not even look at pictures. Claimed they could contain a virus. Return policy is only for unused and unwashed or defective items. Buyer beware.

Horrible Quality

In the past I had purchased a couple suits from this Company with no problems, except for not running true to size. But the last 2 that were purchased were not worth the material used to make them. The 1st one was sent with a 2 inch rip in the seam of the butt area. The bad part was not realized until the suit had been worn. The 2nd one, the elastic in the leg area is like it is already wore out but the rest of the suit fits a lot tighter then the size it is. The suit also has plastic that runs along side the breast area that after wearing the suit once is already trying to make a hole in the material. I have contacted Company and was told the they would forward to necessary area to make them aware. Nothing was offered for the problems with the suits. Just an apology...Wow. Would never buy from this Company again! Junk

Long torso one piece

I have ordered 2 swimsuits from this site. According to your catalog you have suits for long torso but I can not locate them. The 2nd one was suppose to be but was not. How can I get help? The people I talk to have no clue what I need. They direct me to the wrong items. Is there any hope to find the right suit with this site?

I will never again deal with this company! I correctly ordered two swimsuits which were correctly represented on my order confirmation. I received delivery of one and I also received some piece of apparel that I cannot even identify. It was definitely NOT a swimsuit. Since I had not created this problem, and I had no use for it, I put it in my Goodwill donations bag. Swimsuits For All refused to send me my second suit which had been paid for unless I could return the mystery garment. The unordered item had a price tag on it that was far less than the suit I purchased. This was entirely THEIR MISTAKE, a problem of their making, but they refused to correct it.

Swimwear 10 sizes to big

I ordered three size 20 tankinis and one size 20 bottom. Tankinis came size 30 and bottom a 26. I even received an extra bottom (size 26) that was not ordered. Not one item came as ordered. Customer service would not expedite correct order even when I agreed to pay for fast shipping. The icing on the cake was the return shipping label was someone else's. I didn't even have proper label to return. Four items ordered for vacation and not one can be taken along. (A few tears were shed). The remedy to their mistake should have been simple…expedite shipment….even at my expense. Negative word of mouth travels at lightening speed. Unfortunate for Swimsuits for all.

I received a product I ordered and found the quality to be less than desirable. I returned it and am not able to recover the full purchase price I chose not to receive a gift card. I didn't use a gift card for the purchase and don't want a gift card. After several emails to customer service, I am still denied a full refund.

Cancelled Order

Placed an order yesterday. Receive an email next day to call the Customer Protection Group. Lady was very rude. Told me my credit card was an international card (non-US) and thus they could not accept and cancelled order. Called our Citi-Bank Meijer credit card, they state they are most definitely US based and saw the charge on the credit card. Call back Customer Protection Group and sat on hold for 25 minutes, then told order was cancelled and nothing they can do, including trying a different card. Asked for manager and again she was indifferent and not willing to try and assist and keep the business. Bad business practices, would not deal with this company ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered $200 worth of items from this company, only to be highly disappointed by the fit and quality. I sent most of my items back and was told I would receive a "credit" for the amount returned. About 4 months later I noticed a charge on my CC for a "rewards membership" that I never signed up for. I spent two hours on the phone with the company and received a refund for 2 out of the 4 months they were charging me for this service which again I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR! I asked about the "credit they issued and I assured that I had it. When I went to login to my account, it appeared I did not have one on file so I called them again, only to be told that I did not have an account (really? Hadn't I been a "rewards member?"). I asked about my "credit" (which was over $150) and I was then told that I was sent a "gift card via email." When I said I never received it and could they please reissue it so that I could spend the money they had already taken from me I was told that they could not because it was "past 90 days." The supervisor said that same. Thankfully I had used AMEX so then had to dispute the charge to get my money back. This was such a waste of my time and money! Don't even bother!

Don't be a Victim-Read

Like many before me, their site is deceiving. If you do order CHECK your PayPal, credit card whatever for troll "reward" charge you did NOT sign up for. Call immediately to cancel & request confirmation email of cancellation. Do NOT order they pay penny on return. Good luck.

So I buy a suit and it comes. Can't get suit above my ankles. Try to return it. I pd $33.68 out the door. They wanna give me $12! So I call them back and then she says she will give me my $ back-all of it. Never sends label. I call them back. Guess what? Back to $12 refund! Horrible foreign country customer service. Never again. Crappy suits, sized completely wrong. DO NOT BUY. Go to Penney's or amazon. No hassle on returns.

Beware The Return Policy Is Horrible

Just before Christmas, I received two swimsuit bottoms that I returned the end of April 2022.
I have no clue what happened. Was it lost in the mail for 8 months or did they lose it at their facility for 8 months?
Their explanation on their return slip stated "Returned, old damaged merchandise to customer". The two swim bottoms I returned to them and they returned to me after 8 months were still in the same new original condition.
When I originally received them, I tried them on, they didn't fit, I returned them with in a couple of days of the original receipt.
I will never order anything from them or any company associated with them, ever again.
I'm planning to sell these swimsuit bottoms on eBay. I'm planning to practically give them away so the consumer will buy them from me instead of from Swim Suits for All. And, I will include a note to the buyer explaining to them their good fortune and warn them to never purchase from this company again.
