This site is off my list of favorable sites. For 6 months I've been trying to exchange an item, which finally shipped only to contain the wrong items. I sent the items back with their label, and a month later still don't have a refund. Don't shop at any of their stores unless you are infinitely patient.
Do NOT shop with this company. It's a waste of time and money. I ordered 2 pieces from them. One didn't get here until 2 months after I ordered it. The other one I tried to return, which is supposed to be free if you accept store credit. I did, and they still charged me $10 shipping. In addition, I used the gift card they gave me, double checked the total before I ordered and it was $10 and some change, and they proceeded to charge my credit card $47. When I tried contacting customer service (my past few months have been nothing but having to deal with their customer service) they they refused to refund me the money amount that was on my gift card. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. For your own sake do not order from these people!

They sent me the wrong order I called to speak to supervisor very unprofessional they withheld 15 dollars from refund on there mistake there is no recourse. Who can you talk to when the supervisor is disgusting. Would never buy from any of there companies beauty brand. If your calls are truly taped listen to manny conversations he costs y'all more money than what he is paid and you would be apologizing I am sure for the treatment of your customers.

I ordered the swimsuit shown below. Just tried it on. As you can see in the photo, the beige seam is showing. No matter how I adjust the swimsuit, the seam shows. It's almost like it's a bigger size than the suit! After reading the reviews (which I wish I'd read before ordering) I'm scared to return it since no one seems to get their money back and I'm not interested in a credit. No plans to order from them again.

Ok this is the second time I have tried to order with this company. First time nothing fit right, returned the items, no refund, just store credit. Fine, I did actually find a cover up that worked out well for me. Second order, two weeks, still not shipped. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but it was a no go. No discount, nothing. Still waiting on a swimsuit. I can't image ordering from them again. I'm usually very patient but this is ridiculous. I hope the suit actually fits when it gets here or I'm stuck with it or something else disappointing from this company.

I would rather go to 10 stores than ever pay a return fee of $9.99! How do you know off the suits will totally fit? Well you don't so this is how they screw you in case what your order doesn't work or you don't like it! Will never order from this company again
Extremely disappointed in customer service after 3 calls today. I paid $33 for the fastest delivery because I need the suit for vacation and it hasn't even processed yet 3 days later. It's supposedly on hold waiting to confirm some information but nobody has called me to confirm anything and I just sat on hold today for 40 mins. Then I was told I can't even cancel the order yet SFA has my money! Ridiculous! I will never order through this company again, nor recommend to anyone. Shameful to take somebody's money and not refund it when asked when you haven't even processed the order yet.

I did not even receive a swimsuit. It was a skirt of some sort made of polyester that would have been 5 sizes larger than what i would even order. The material seemed to have been washed numerous times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 2 in stock swimsuits. It has been 12 days and they have not shipped. They are in "process". I spoke to customer service and they can not do anything about it. This has to be the worse company that I have ever ordered clothing from. I order most clothing on line. I would never recommend Swim Suits for All or any of its sister companies.

Horrible company! Buyer beware. Gave me gift certificate on my return, then when I ordered using that it has been over 2 weeks, no items. I go on vacation tomorrow morning and tracking still show order at origin. Really? Stay far away!
I should've read the reviews of Swimsuits For All before ordering. I would've left the stars blank but I had to pick at least one. My experience started on March 25,2021 and I am finally done today on August 9,2021. Just terrible! I originally ordered a few items which came in 3 weeks, which I was expecting. After that, I exchanged for different sizes. I didn't want to return and buy again because that would've cost me shipping. Over 4 months it took to exchange and then return items that still didn't work. Took over an hour to talk to someone when I called. Zero customer service and it took forever to get and return my merchandise. Not sure how this company stays in business. Now I'm just hoping that the horrible reviews I've read about the merchandise being cheap, isn't true with the items I did keep. We'll see...

I ordered two bikinis from the Swimsuits For All website on 12 March which still havent arrived. I paid over $20 for international delivery. I was told it would take 6-11 days.
On 27 March I contacted a customer service assistant on facebook messenger. They said: "Your order shows as having shipped on 03/15. It is expected to be delivered by 03/22."
Of course, this was not the case.
When I messaged again on 30 March, they said the package had actually been shipped on the 20 March (8 days after I placed my order).
It is now 3 April and there are no updates on the order. My vacation is next week :( I haven't got time to buy another swimsuit, and swimsuits for all cannot do anything until April 12.
Feeling very disappointed!
The first and last time I will ever order from this sham website. No customer service. Returns are $10. They make sure you can't find your order online after ordering to return an item. What a waste of time and money. Stay away - do not order from them. HORRIBLE.

Like many before me, their site is deceiving. If you do order CHECK your PayPal, credit card whatever for troll "reward" charge you did NOT sign up for. Call immediately to cancel & request confirmation email of cancellation. Do NOT order they pay penny on return. Good luck.

Account. Received confirmation that a refund would be processed. Following day received an email message informing me that I would be issued a gift card instead. Called customer service and was directed to an employee that handles customer service for 10 other catalog companies. On hold for over half an hour trying to get my money back. Horrible experience and will never order from Swimsuits For All or any of the affiliated companies. You can see their names on the SFA website.
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase any swimsuits from this company. To start, sizing is incorrect and customer service is not accommodating at all to help you resolve the issue. I have tried to 'exchange' for different sizing and although with a 'return shipment number" saying it was delivered, they have conveniently lost it and kept my money. Also, I've have bathing suits literally FALL APART while putting the suit on for the first time. I've wasted a lot of money dealing with this company. Save yourself a huge headache and financial stress.

Item said shipped in 6/30 and today is 7/5 and UPS website states it has not even been picked up. I paid almost $40 for expedited shipping to have it time for my vacation. Customer service is trying to tell me that UPS website must be down because it's not updating. That's ironic since it's said it's shipped it's never moved once. But let's blame UPS website. Took 3 times calling just to talk to someone in US as well. First 2 people I talked to told me to contact UPS. Third person finally let me talk to a "specialist " in the US. So confused. I just want my swimsuits for vacation!
They shipped me two of everything I ordered and charged me twice. Refused to make proper adjustments to my bill after calling them three times. They put me on hold each time for thirty minutes. I've returned the extra items but we will see if I get my refund.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
