Swiggy money looters

Order no. ************** dt. 8-1-25. I have not received the food items. This is mere technical glinch in swiggy website showing incorrect address even after mentioning landmark and location. Having come half of the way the delivery person stopped and argued with me saying why should he come. The way he talked was really frustrating to me. Order was cancelled due to delivery person worst behaviour. Swiggy person cancelled the order. How can swiggy charge entire bill amount as cancellation fee without delivery. Does it make sense...? This is highly unacceptable and rediculous. I want the entire amount refund. Having sent mail till now no action taken.

I will never order in swiggy anymore. Delivery person wont deliver the food and swiggy steals customer money for sure. Really worst experience i faced.

Ordered a biriyani in Raiganj. The message came that the delivery boy is picking up the food and will deliver before time. No phone call no message and the order was cancelled on its own whereas we never asked for the order to be cancelled. The name if the delivery boy is Tapas Roy. On top of that the money debited and will not be returned message received. This is utter nonsense. If you are not able to do justice to the business, please stop doing it. This is beyond reasoning for me to understand this utter callousness. Horrible to say the least.

They show delivery on order after 1hr they cancel there is no cancelation fee becoz this done by swiggy but when i cancel in 30sec they taken 336 rs as a cancelation fee

I placed the order at 3:55, And Swiggy delivery time was 25 mins. I checked after 25 mins and the delivery time is increased to 35 more minutes. So basically I am receiving my food after an hour from ordering. So, I raised a conversation as where is my order and talked to Customer care representative. They told me that there is some problem with delivery partners vehicle.
1. Isn't Swiggy checking that the time is increasing? And provide me another Delivery person?
2. I told her to cancel the order since it is showing 35 more minutes. To which she replied that I have to pay cancellation fee.
So I have to pay for Swiggy's fault.
Swiggy is showing delivery in 25 mins, Not being able to deliver on the time they provide. And I have to pay for it?
If It would have me shown me an hour at the beginning I would have ordered from somewhere else.
Also I contacted restaurant they said the food is prepared from last 10 mins. So I should accept the food which was prepared 45 mins ago? Isn't it gonna get cold?

Worst experience from Swiggy.

Fraud delivery man

Today i placed order from swiggy … app showing the order delivered but still i am not receive my order.
They hire farud delivery man even we tried to call the delivery man but showing phone is switched off.
Swiggy app is worse please don't go
If you want to online food go for zomato rather then swiggy. 2 time i face the same problem.
Even coustmer care ignore my problem..

I had placed any order with swiggy for one butter chicken and mixed fried rice and the shocking part is that instead of getting my order they gave someone else order with was the same but veg. I am sure they vegetarian have become non vegetarian that night thanks to swiggy delivery person for not double checking the order list. They 1st agreed for a refund partially. Now I get a reply email saying that they cannot refund me as the issue was with the restaurant and I should give them a bad review so they can improve. The app is theirs they make upto 70 percent profit on all deals and when it's our money and the food is wrong the customer is to be blamed. I am sad that the strands of swiggy has dropped so so low.

The delivery guy called me and told he was not able to locate my address, and therefore he cancelled my order with the complete order of the food as cancellation fee. The customer care lady was so rude unprofessional. Even the delivery guy was rude when I asked him where he was and I was trying to help him locate the address.

The Irony is I had another food order delivered on the very same day through Swiggy, and that delivery guy was able to locate. I will never order through Swiggy. I will be switching to Zomato forever.

If order number is needed- I can provide it as proof.

Such a bad service...agents are very illmannered nd they r so worse nd rude...never got any resolution...I bought Nu republic headphone but that's not working.then I contacted their helpdesk the agents are telling they can't help such a bad customer service nd the service is awful...I will take this case to consumer forum nd will post everywhere in insta every social media platform nd the agent named Sohail is very illmannered. Want action against this. I will take the help of consumer forum against swiggy. Never buy anything from swiggy.

Recently I was ordering some food in Swiggy suddenly I have cross checked the price in Zomoto I was shocked the price is very high for the same restaurant
Zomoto seems lesser price when u r ordering double check the image

Pathetic Service

I ordered food on swiggy dated 01 June 2024 of INR 203/- Cash on delivery. I got my order after 01 hour and i paid him 503/- and told him return me 300/- and he told me that he doesn't have change then i told him 300/- return to me in my g.pay account he told me he doesn't have balanc e in account immediately he called to customer care and customer care executive called me then i told her whole story i also told her that my g.pay account is not working so if this delivery person doesn't have change then tomorrow when ever i will order food you can add this 203/- but she was not agreed in any of point and they cancelled my order. This totally drama was done for atleast for 02 hours. Very Pathetic service by swiggy. I order approx more than 500 orders and i am very regular customer and i order on daily basis. Pathetic. Will never recommend.

Horrible Customer Service

There is not a single good thing about Swiggy. Stay away please! They have a absurd escalation process that makes you tell them the problem twice so that you end up fed up and don't reply.

Did you saw their policy, if you could not pick up the call they dont deliver at your address & take full amount of money. Wow what a cheap company...Please order on your risk buddies. My whole amount they took for their non delivery.

Few item are missing.

I had ordered 3 items but I received only 2 items, from smoor I had ordered
1. Brownie cheesecake- received
2. Coated nuts almond - received
3. Artisanal Baklava 4 pc - not received
Smoor people say they have sent the order, but we have not received it, swiggy is not ready to refund or send me the product, it's a scam. If I send a email they do not refund me, the customer care who comes for a chat, is such an irresponsible person, when they can't give the solution they just close the chat. This is what swiggy is giving the service, I recommend everyone to use swiggy.

It is not a good app for ordering online, I too have ordered my lunch many times but after completing delivery time it is against showing that food will be delivered in five minutes or so. And take almost half an hour to reach your location. It was my third consecutive order from Swiggy very bad

What if you are hungry and waited for almost 2 and a half hours, even after continuously tracking, listening wait 10 min mam. How it could be done and how much it's ok to forgive.It's not my first experience with Swiggy. Still they not apologize and refund my money. Thanks for letting me know other available options

Horrible service and cheating service from Swiggy-
I order food today with order Id: ************** but they delivered cold food which was cooked in the morning or noon and quality of food was worst. I served that food to street dog but dog also denied to eat. I interacted with swiggy customer care but their service is horrible instead of solving this issue they suggested me to put bad reviews against the restaurant from where I ordered food.

I have ordered my first order on swiggy with correct delivery address but due to tech issues or your system glitch location get auto changed and also your team cancelled my order without informing me anything & not refunding my amount of 241 rs. Last time I was chatting with Sadiq from chat support, really his behaviour & support very bad,
I am not happy with the service & I am very disappointed.

Take my feedback seriously for Sadiq. Thanks!

Now my question is:-

If there is no my fault so why should I pay cancellation fee?

If your team was not able to deliver my order so why they have accepted the order?

How order get cancelled without informing anything to the customer?

If you want to overpay for things you already have in your pantry and could easily make without much extra thought then Green Chef is the way to go. Their customer service is appallingly terrible also, with no refund and no cancellations, even when the box hasn't even shipped yet. Order from somewhere else!
