I placed an order with burger King on 5th june and later I received a call from delivery boy Lakhwinder Singh who Don't now how to speak with the customer and reached wrong address. Later I received a call mentioning that they don't deliver the item at my location it's far away, if you don't deliver at my place then why you took the order and the lady in the call center cancelled my order charging me cancellation fees for their own mistake. I was embarrassed infront of my friends just because of incompetent service. (Your Swiggy order #*******168 has been cancelled. You will be charged a cancellation fee for restaurant services of Rs 387.0. We hope to see you order again soon.). Never use this service
Ordered through Swiggy. Items missing in order delivered. Reported issue to customer support. Even after follow up Swiggy Indicated we will not be able to compensate for missing items. Why one should go with Swiggy if services are not reliable
Ridiculous, your control over delivery boys is nil. After your guy runs away with food what you guys just do is refund the dam amount. What about the time wasted... Thanks there is alternative in Zomato...
I had ordered two medium sized pizza and one garlic bread combo. The delivery boy did not deliver one medium sized pizza. Also, he did not hand over the bill as well. On contacting customer support they asked asked us to call the Chicago pizza outlet. The Chicago pizza outlet shared the video with us which showed all items handed over. The delivery boy was Vishnu Kumar. Inspite of repeated complaints, swiggy refused to address our issue. Order from them at your own risk.
It has amazing and spicy food and delivery also quickly. All the the best swiggy and try to more tasty items. I can prefer every time use this website and very very happy to say good and wonderful.

What if you are hungry and waited for almost 2 and a half hours, even after continuously tracking, listening wait 10 min mam. How it could be done and how much it's ok to forgive.It's not my first experience with Swiggy. Still they not apologize and refund my money. Thanks for letting me know other available options
If you want to overpay for things you already have in your pantry and could easily make without much extra thought then Green Chef is the way to go. Their customer service is appallingly terrible also, with no refund and no cancellations, even when the box hasn't even shipped yet. Order from somewhere else!

I had order without onion and garlic food they are saying like u haven't mentioned but I had mentioned they said we can't see here that's not my problem system problem is not mine...
Delivery address pin was picked up automatically which was not correct and did not allow me to make the change. I spoke to the executive and asked her to correct it. 'Namaira Sheikh' confirmed its corrected and food will be delivered in 10 mins. After a lot of chasing post 45 mins delivery executive said he cant deliver because address is too far. Customer service called and said pin and address doesn't match. So after 1 hour 20 mins I was left with no food and additional frustation. Swiggy services are deteriorating. Better to cook maggi than to order from these loots.

I ordered food for my guests and children at home from Swiggy, the order was delayed for 2 hours. All the people were starving at home but still the swiggy team could not reply to us. Once the food arrived home it was all soggy and very bad, no one could eat it and we had to throw it out. After that I talked to customer service representatives. They were so annoying that they couldn't understand my problem and still they don't accept their mistake.
I never thought the customer service people of this HUGE company "SWIGGY" could be so rough and heartless.
If this continues I feel swiggy should stop working as there's no point in disappointing their valuable customer.
From now on I'll order food from one of their best competitors as they have heart and they understand the problem.
Today I had one of the worst experience from any online food app. I order something which should have been delivered in 45 mins, however they took it more than two hours to confirm that it can't be delivered. I got three calls from them, first within 45 mins of ordering the food that delivery executive is having some issue with his bike and they are assigning someone else, then they called me again within half an hour that next executive had also faced similar issue and they are assigning someone else who will deliver it within next 10mins. After that I waited for another 45mins and the call came stating that the order can't be delivered.
I am a very good customer of Swiggy. But I have recently ordered a food but They are not delivered proper food and arguing with the customer not even understanding the situation. Many times they delivered one or two dishes missing.
They are not delivered appropriate food and contending with the customer not even understanding the circumstance. Multiple times they delivered missing food orders to me. I was sitting tight for another couple of hours for the correct food, These people not prepared to comprehend the customer and reality.
I have a very bad experience with swiggy delivery
If i order food for breakfast they are delivering for lunch
They have a serious issue with the map where there delivery guys are confused to delver on time
Other food delivery company are able to deliver on time but this swiggy not able to
Hence i have given feed back to the customer support and un installed the app
Swiggy team ur lossing a valuable customer i was ordering the food for long long time

Pathetic customer service
I ordered veg hakka noddles but one of the restaurant delivered it with some chicken pieces on that customer service provider saying me that he is not able to see chicken pieces in the food
Swiggy does not refund money. They will refund your money to swiggy money. To activate swiggy money they will ask your PAN number.
Most interesting is their delivery partner eates food on the way. I noticed today.
Swiggy is fraud, they are looting people form people. They have hidden charges which they charge you without letting you know. They don't refund. This is fraud.
Very pathetic service. The app takes wrong location and cancels itself and charges whole amount as cancelation fee. If they want to cheet people and want easy money why be in service sector go and loot people all the best.
