I was under the impression that I had only purchased the ESA housing only, and when the additional offers popped up multiple times before check out I was sure that I said no thanks to all of the offers, yet I still got a receipt and paid for travel ESA and something called Red Carpet (no idea what that is) so I ended up paying more than I was expecting. Otherwise the promptness of the paper work was great and follow up on documents. I used your service last year as well and it was helpful for me so thank you.

I just wanted to get ESA approval for my dog because I am moving to new home in Florida where you can't have an animal. You all had too many other things that you wanted me to sign up for when I just needed the the certification. You ended up charging me an extra $134.00 for something I didn't want. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of as an elderly person.

I needed a renewal for my documents but I couldn't change the context of them. I only needed registration for 1 animal, but it made me pay for 2 animals even after I said in the questionnaire that I needed 1 ESA

I did research and was iffy about every site for ESA I went to as it was easier to do so online than miss work to get a appointment with a new therapist but point being I gave spot pets a try and it's LEGIT got my certification via email THE NEXT DAY and has the correct info listed as my state law required the state of therapist and the license number will be turning in my info to apartments management later today

The process is very straight forward and there was no pressure for the add-ons that I didn't want. Makes it very reassuring in knowing that this is an official site. The prices were affordable and their support team was very quick to respond with any answers needed.
