My ESA experience was really good overall. It did not take long to receive my documents also the videos and steps were very helpful. I had to contact customer service regarding the products and about the bundle offers and the live chat representative was easy to speak with. The only the thing I would like to be able to do is speak with is a person by phone and would recommend a phone number I was not able to find one.

When I started the process, I was under the impression that this was to be $99, but I was charge $142.99 which i don't understand but I need this so I didn't complain til now. Other than that everything else was easy to use and nice.

It was an easy process and everything was processed quickly. My doctor recommended I use support pets because they no longer provide ESA letters at my local office.

Honestly didn't know I had to watch my email to go to a site and confirm the information or consider going the PSD route but it was super quick and easy they cover all the information in a quick video and get you on your way to the documents of your choosing to start your journey with you best friend

The renewal process this time around wasn't as simple and quick as in the past … it took close to 2 weeks to receive my paperwork against the advertised 48 hours. However when I reached out all of the reps were nice and did what they could.
Most Deaf people struggle to have a pet rights lately. They tend to bring their dogs everywhere like hotel, stores and airports.

I was under the impression that I had only purchased the ESA housing only, and when the additional offers popped up multiple times before check out I was sure that I said no thanks to all of the offers, yet I still got a receipt and paid for travel ESA and something called Red Carpet (no idea what that is) so I ended up paying more than I was expecting. Otherwise the promptness of the paper work was great and follow up on documents. I used your service last year as well and it was helpful for me so thank you.
