Someone Needs To Go Through The Websites and Find and Fix The Issues Or Create Work Arounds So And Create Exact Instructions For Access. I'm Not Trying To Be Rude, I'm Saying This To Make You Better and Less Frustrating For The Clients. Also, Someone Needs To Make Everything Cheaper For The Severely Limited Income So The Service and Products Aren't So Financially Painful For The Poor and Disabled Clients.

This was a recertification. I was familiar with the process and the website already. Although the recertification process did required the same as the initial paperwork.

My son and daughter in law's house burned down a month ago. They lost everything including 2 of their kitties. They only had Hudson (dog) and Wheezy (cat)left. No insurance on the home, it was 100 years old, and they were updating it. Insurance would not cover because it was not up to code. They both were devastated and are still suffering from PTSD from the fire and losing their pets. The apartment they found to live in wanted $3,000 for pet deposit and monthly fees. My kids could not afford that and only caused them more stress. I found ESA and you saved them from having to make the decision to give their pets away. Well renewing last year seemed a whole lot easier, or maybe I just don't remember,, after paying the renewal fee, I received a code for Google wallet, and then after,, I probably received about 6-7 emails pertaining to renewing our ESA, it should be once you pay that's it, all the questions should be sent before you pay, I think anyways
