It seemed very easy to go through and order. I didn't have any problems. I thought I would be mailed the papers instead of having to download them.
It was a quick process and I received my ESA documents in a short time. I wished that I did not download those documents as a PDF file though.

Got my ESA cert emailed to me the next day. My vest, etc. came within five days. Everything was so easy (now to leash train the cat! 😂). I will definitely renew with this company next year.
