I am my husband's caregiver following his diagnosis of dementia. Our dog is an emotional support animal but also MY service dog. On several occasions he has performed his task of "find Dad" when my husband has wandered off in a store or farmers market or park. He is also now trained to stay close to me if my husband is holding the leash avoiding the possibility of wandering off. The ESA papers are crucial to us traveling and just living life with less stress and more peace of mind. Thank you for this service.

I looked into a few ways to get my pets ESA certified before moving so I could keep them with me wherever I went, as it takes a large toll on both me and my pets when we're separated. Support Pets was the easiest avenue for this process, and they offer much more after the official certification than other programs. They said to wait 42 business hours for the certification and documents I requested and I got them all in less than that, when I had questions they responded to my emails almost immediately!

Now let's see if the company our apartment complex is now using to Vet ESA documentation accepts them or not. We are also now required to sign a medical release of information form for them to obtain our medical records documentation in support of our need for an ESA…a clear overreach and HIPAA privacy violation.
