Support pets has been a great organization to work with, very prompt and efficient. I do wish the website was more user friendly, it's sometimes hard to locate the info or link you want, but the chat team are always friendly and able to resolve any issues.

Everything is perfect except there was no physical address put on the letters for a medical facility and my place of residence may need that to accept my cat as an ESA. Hopefully everything works out though.

I've requested my ESA letter for both my dogs, I have renewed and both times has been super fast and easy. Having this letter has made it so much easier for me when I have to rent a house, I don't pay pet deposits and the places that doesn't accept pets, I can take mine. Great experience. I have never had to register my pet before but I have a new property management company at my apartment complex and they require either an ESA or we pay higher rent. I've lived here over 7 years and honestly my cat brings me happiness and calms me down from a stressful job.

I have had my two pets certified as ESA through Support Pets for a year now, I am satisfied with their services. The letters and certificate were accepted by my landlord and saved me $$$ in pet fees. The renewal process is quick and simple. Its fairly priced for two pets to be certified.

I ordered my new ESA using an expired card. That was my mistake. But Then I reordered with the correct card, but the order never went through. No one knew why. For several days I was emailing back and forth with two or three different people to no avail. Finally, I made another order, and it finally went through. Because of all of this my previous ESA expired. Thank goodness my apartment manager was willing to work with me on it. But even though I had these problems, the customer service team was very professional and very willing to help me. I received my new ESA documents the very same day after the third attempt. I do recommend Support Pets. Just be aware to order your documents way ahead of time, in case there is a problem.

My experience was that if quick and easy. Got documents in two days. Very happy with the turn around. I feel Whitney cost involved you should also receive the leash and vest. But that an additional l cost. But happy with services provided.

Getting my pup ESA approved was pretty quick and easy. Recommended for anyone who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of going into your dr office and struggle to answer the questions face to face. I for one have been an emotional wreck since I had to have my pup live with a coworker for about 7 months until I could figure it all out. Now I have her home and I can't be any happier.
