Quick and easy! It was totally hassle free. I am so relieved now that I can take my Rottweiler Koda with me where ever I go. I actually tried it on on a recent trip north and had no problems with the Hotels we stayed at. So glad I went to Support Pets! Koda is also!

I had asked my doctor for a letter and she just gave me a simple letter that I did not feel was adequate enough so I searched online. This seems like a good option. It was $99 107 with tax couple videos and some questions and in less than 48 hours, I had a detailed letter for when I move so they couldn't discriminate against my dogs breed to tell me I couldn't have her although she absolutely does, my anxiety and has been part of my family for the last five months cause she's only eight months old. I couldn't imagine giving up my dog because I wasn't allowed to have her because of her breed and this letter gave me peace that I know that she will be able to live her life with me and not with a stranger or in a shelter so that I give five stars you really couldn't put a price on a family member although $99 is a lot. It was worth it.

I paid for my letter on 2/12/25 and received it the morning of 2/14/25. They even provided ID cards as well as the documents for housing and travel. I received emails throughout the process as well! Awesome service!

It was a little tricky navigating the home page. I ended up getting offended a discount for $99 and at the end when I was trying to pay it didn't really say my total or anything which I would've liked to had seen before I paid. That's my only critique lol

I have a support cat. She needs a vest to wear that is less bulky. The buckles are too big. How do I get her to be a service animal. She is a large cat.
Great information but what is left out of the initial introduction is that amount of money that is going to be requested for other programs non-stop. Met someone else who used support pets and found out from them that not all airlines accept the program. Also wasn't aware that it has to be renewed every year, not sure if I will be renewing
