I was skeptic at first but they have step by step information and emails to explain what's next and how long it's should take. The emails do have a lot of offers for extra items and packages so it was overwhelming and alot to go through but worth it. Got both my cats registered as my E.S.A which took off a lot of the stress that comes with moving to a new place and pet fees are ridiculously expensive.

Registering my pet as an ESA was super easy through Support Pets! All I had to do was fill out a quick questionnaire to see if my pet would qualify to be an ESA and I received approval within 24 hrs.
