I needed the form within 48 hours (like is promised) because I was moving into a new apartment that didn't allow pets. It has been over 2 weeks and the form has never come. I have emailed them multiple times, and every time they just say that they will review my order, but nothing has changed. There is no representative that you can talk to over the phone, as their phone message is just a robot.

I was scammed and asked for a refund and they want a review instead. Did not receive anything 5 days now they are referring me to another agent over and over. They want more money.

The purchase was easy but I kept getting emails from many different people pushing the training program. I received emails at least once a day and never from the same person so when I actually made an inquiry about a size issue I then got another person. Chloe was very helpful but I am still having a size issue
I have been a member of your wonderful organization for many years and service has been wonderful. Last week one of our most popular super markets put out a notice in newspaper that they will no longer allow service dogs or ems dogs in their store. The name of the store is PUBLIX. Please investigate and resolve. It happens to be among the best in Jacksonville Florida all over. I live in senior housing and they provide transportation to store. Pretty good services. I got the wrong dog vest size when I placed my order. Sent the wrong size back. Just waiting on the replacement to be sent. If I get the vest, then my experience was great. We shall see.
