I'm trying to get a refund on a vest that doesn't fit. I have contacted them several times. I've been told each time that they would respond in 24-48 hours each time. I have not heard back from them and it's been well over a week.
This is a $40 vest that I can't use.
Also, it doesn't make sense that an ID card would cost $40. I thought it would have been included in the original package. Really, who would carry around an 8x10 gold-trimmed certificate?

Inwas so happy to b e able to make my dog and official ESA! The only issue I had sogning up was that at times I got confused...bit was able to comete everything I needed to. I did recieve my documents and harness in a timely manner.

Only issue is I ordered a vest, ID and ID tag and something else and it never came in I know it said it's custom made so it will take a few weeks but we're in November and I ordered 09/07/23 same Day I applied and made payment I haven't been able to find a phone number or anything to contact you to get this issue resolved please email me.
