I was supposed to get a discount and when I answer all the questions they still charge me 134. Dollar instead of 99.00 dollars. Not happy about that. Another this is that is just a paper that my dog is register with ESA, they should provide a aan id card with the file number and a barcode so it can be carry. Papers get easily destroyed

Everything was good! My only complaint is that when it comes to the billing it got a little bit confusing. Actually a lot. I got my renewal on their Black Friday sale and I chose an additional $8.99 I can't remember what for. When it came to me paying it came out to be $142 and something cents.

My husband and I are about to move into an apartment after 20 years in a suburban house we own! Overall was a good experience but they keep adding stuff when you're trying to check out and I thought I was getting one price and then all of a sudden, I was paying another price. So there was a lot more money than I expected. But because I needed the paperwork ASAP. I just sucked it up and accepted it. But disappointed that they keep adding stuff on and they make it almost impossible to check out. That's why I didn't give them a higher rating.
