It was so easy you just answer a few questions about your pet and they give you a certified paper so that you can bring your pet in anywhere even restaurants, but I prefer not to bring them to restaurants because of the food real great great company to work with it was so simple it is so easy to do. I love my pet and I hate the fact I have to be away from her for even For five minutes She is literally my support animal. I request everybody to do this like I said before it's so easy.

I did not appreciate you adding on extra charges after the initial payment. This is deceiving and not good Business practice! Not once, but twice! These prices should be disclosed in the front page! I am disabled and on a fixed income. The choice to deny the extra charge was "I don't care about my pet" - infuriating! I will not refer you to others because of this deception and the presumptive marketing insult about how I "don't care". Deception and negativity are not marketing tools.
I am moving to a different apartment and wanted to show proof that my dog is a therapy dog. I was not awared that there were different types.

My experience was quick and easy. I will be moving this month and needed to be able to have my dog with me and not have to pay rent or deposit for him. He's had an ESA last time I moved and this was a better and quicker experience.

Good service and provided exactly what I was needing! I carry a letter in my purse. Maggie and have not had any issues even with fast food restaurants. I simply tell them she's a ESA & ask if they would like to see her certification letter. Most say no. Especially, when they see she's well behaved too.
