Good service and provided exactly what I was needing! I carry a letter in my purse. Maggie and have not had any issues even with fast food restaurants. I simply tell them she's a ESA & ask if they would like to see her certification letter. Most say no. Especially, when they see she's well behaved too.
Easy simple and already approved for my sweet baby. Quick questions and simple. I was referred by a friend and it is the best thing I've done. I received her vest, her card and of course all the paperwork for where ever I go!

I had some trouble in the beginning but I'm glad I stuck with it. I just had problems with passwords, grrrowl! Sadie is happier going with me, and I feel a little more confident going out. Glad we did it.
