It's a very easy process to summit forms in the only confusing part is you get an order number but no tracking or follow up with anything you buy extra. I feel more stressed that I can't bring my animal out in public with me because I don't have all my gear that I ordered$87 plus $142 of things and only get one email showing ordered

Very happy with ESA this past year. So comfortable having my dog by my side everywhere I go. Renewing for another year and directions to "RENEW" are clear and easy.
