I needed the form within 48 hours (like is promised) because I was moving into a new apartment that didn't allow pets. It has been over 2 weeks and the form has never come. I have emailed them multiple times, and every time they just say that they will review my order, but nothing has changed. There is no representative that you can talk to over the phone, as their phone message is just a robot.
They took my money and didn't send me anything. I was sent a questionnaire and of course I told them which I received no response. Horrible to take advantage of a terminally I'll person who doesn't have time to water on those. Use someone else

My daughter had to do the questionnaire 3 times. Before we received letters. Breed and weight of puppy was incorrect took me calling twice and 5 emails for breed to be corrected the weight of the puppy is still not right. Letters are not being accepted at her college. Horrible experience.
I highly recommend the service, it was much easier than I assumed. My letter is well written and I'm glad I have support of needed in the future. Don't hesitate to do it, you'll be more than satisfied

I tried using the ESA letter issued at Southwest Airlines & was informed that they no longer accept said letters so I had to pay for my pet to travel with me. Just letting you know this for future reference…

I made the purchase online and received my paperwork within two weeks. Submitted it to my apartment complex without issue. Received a card for travel along with certificates and other forms of documentation. Excellent service, I highly recommend using this service.

I wish I could say my experience was smooth sailing but it took several weeks and a few emails to get them. However, that being Saud I did receive them and am please with everything I've gotten so far and while my puppy and I are still in support animal training I look forward to having him with me wherever I go and legally.
