I purchased items on July 17th and have not received anything after 7 weeks. They charged my credit card and have never sent my items. I have contacted them 4 times, and I am just getting a computer generated response or get a person who tells me that a supervisor needs to call me back, and no one calls me back. Horrible company! I definitely think it is a scam and I got ripped off. Do not buy anything from this company. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

It's so easy now to take my fur baby every where. He is very attentive and just knows when. I seem to need him the most. Definitely well worth it since I travel a lot for work and it stresses me beyond measure to have to leave him places.

Mostly very satisfied. Only "major issue" is I started getting renewal notices months back (I think.like Aug/Sept) and his current cards are not due for renewal until Dec. Was told if I sent in renewals back then, they would renew for those months, it would not add to Dec. However, if I waited to tail end of Nov, it would correctly extend the renewal date. When I renewed end of Nov, the new card came with the same date (12/xx/2022). Not too good. Talking with support, they went through my account and sent me my corrected card. Don't know why it got confused, but everything seems to be very good at this point.

I never received my certificate in the mail Took $107. I never received anything nothing at all.

I needed the form within 48 hours (like is promised) because I was moving into a new apartment that didn't allow pets. It has been over 2 weeks and the form has never come. I have emailed them multiple times, and every time they just say that they will review my order, but nothing has changed. There is no representative that you can talk to over the phone, as their phone message is just a robot.
They took my money and didn't send me anything. I was sent a questionnaire and of course I told them which I received no response. Horrible to take advantage of a terminally I'll person who doesn't have time to water on those. Use someone else

My daughter had to do the questionnaire 3 times. Before we received letters. Breed and weight of puppy was incorrect took me calling twice and 5 emails for breed to be corrected the weight of the puppy is still not right. Letters are not being accepted at her college. Horrible experience.
