This was my third year using Support Pets. They usually have been awesome. This year the system sent me my old documents. I reached out and they fixed it. Just took three extra days and 12 different emails. They also sent me someone else's ESA documents.
I ordered my ESA support on April 27th and was charged the same day.i just now received a form from the doctor.
The process could have been faster as I still don't have a document to show my rental office for renewal.My AmEx has already been charged since the 27th. It appears on my statement that very day of my renewal. Two weeks and still no ESA papers
Support Pets has been proficient, professional and reassuring. I appreciate having validation for allowing my dogs to be acknowledged for the benefit they provide me. Especially in social settings. I thank them most sincerely for providing this service with ease and integrity.

Been over 3 weeks still no communication about my documents. Two week prior I started process to renew my emotional animal (which was through them). I had to email and call them to see what was going on and since then no response. Completely unacceptable especially because they deal with with people who have mental disorders which stress can cause more damage. Shame on you support pets!
All references throughout the video was for dogs; aren't cats included? If so, there should be reference for them as well.

My experience with support pets was not a bad experience at all. This is my second year using support pets for my emotional support animal. The only issue i had this time was I kept receiving emails in reference to my documents expiring when they had already been renewed. I receive multiple emails encouraging me to renew my documents when i already have. However, I would rather have many reminders than no reminder at all.

Last time I received a certificate and my card. This time just got card...but still having problems with landlords accepting my ESA dogs.
The service was fast, reliable, convinient. It helped me save on pet fee and i am not stressed or afraid anymore to be separated from my dog.

There has been 2 times that I have been told that I cannot have my pet in the store because they have a no pet policy. The first time I did not say anything because I did not want to bring attention to myself. However, on the second occasion the person stated again that they had a no pet policy, I kindly informed the person that they my dog was an Emotional Support Animal and they were allowed wherever I went.

Had to call a representative and she sent me the documents. Too much rigaoroll. Just want ESA documents not be and be sure that they are official documents. I did not want all the other advertisements for other products they just confused me and made me wonder if I'd be scammed
