This actually worked! I got my documents pretty quickly and were able to utilize them when I moved. I didn't have to pay the pet fees or pet rent. Thank you! I got the letter for both my dogs also!
Once approved it was just to pay the fee which fluctuates depending on how long you take after pre approval.

Please Sign ESA in BLACK ink, signature is not legible when copied from internet. Looks like papers with no signature which is not any good

I did not know that the approval would not even take an hour. I just hope my pet's physical certificates will be shipped soon as well.

It was super easy to get my dog registered as an ESA. I filled out the info and I received his harness and documents within two weeks. I would recommend support pets to anyone interested in getting their dog registered as an ESA or PSD.

This is my third time renewing and this time the experience just wasn't as smooth. I had to follow up multiple times. The vest doesn't fit and I followed up letting them know. They told me I would get a follow up letting me know when it has shipped in 24-48 hours and that was over 5 days ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Just disappointed with the experience this time.
