I paid for renewal of my application, then received an email saying it wasn't fully completed. I finished the form and then didn't hear anything for a week. I reached out, and was told they were looking into it. Another week passed, and I still hadn't heard, so I emailed again. It wasn't until I requested a refund that I received my documents the next day.

I made some complaints because I didn't get one of the Genius Tags I bought, but they always responded to me in a timely manner and solved the problem very quickly, super attentive and the truth is that I was very grateful. I will continue to recommend them. Thank you very much.

Was happy with the service in taking care of my problem. Only thing I wish is that I could call you. I prefer to hear a voice to explain my problems than chatting online. Over-all I was very happy.

Mostly easy to fill out the forms. Not sure if my order went through for the vest, I did receive the doctors approval for the ESA certification.

The process is fine. The only issue is filling out the responses. It freezes and doesn't populate the data having to re-type the information.

I contacted customer service to notify them I had not received my letters for renewal. I received copies via email within a few days.

I purchased from this company because of the fast turnaround time of 24-48 business hours. It has now been 8 days since I purchased and haven't received my ESA document to date. There is no customer service that you can talk to only automated calls, email and chat. Every time I inquire about the status I'm told it's a system issue or it's due to high volume of orders. Whatever the case may be it has been very difficult and stressful for me, I'm now facing fines or even eviction because I have supplied my property management company with this ESA Letter or even worse I will have to give my dog up. She is one of the only thing that gets me through my day when I'm feeling anxious and this process has made the last week very stressful for me. I would not recommend any company where you can't speak to a live person. This just makes me feel taken advantage of by this company.
