After I got started with the lessons and then had some major medical issues came up that I could not continue they were very understanding and was very courteous about my request. Thank you all for taking the time to hear my situation and was able to help me out in the situation.

Good all in all. Had to wait a long time before I got my documents. They said they didn't have my address but never contacted me to confirm or anything. Had I not called they would have done what?
