I paid over $100 for the package only to find out the total package didn't include the vest and associated paperwork even though I selected that I wanted it. I ended up paying another bunch of money

The entire process was quick and easy. My dogs were both certified within 24 hours and my paperwork was sent to me right away. There was a small error on the documents which they quickly fixed. I was able to provide the documentation to my new landlord and avoided having to pay any pet fees. It's so worth it!
