I've struggled with depression my whole life. To be able to find this site to help get my emotional support pet certified conveniently is a great relief.
The site did not allow me to provide details for the first or second pet. Apparently, there was an issue when I applied.
We really needed to amend the ESA paperwork to show two owners for two pets. Customer support informed us that it wasn't possible and we would have to apply for another certification for a second pet.

You need this so you don't have to pay pet fees and so you can't take them anywhere. Also it you have any pitbull breeds this usurps the ban.

I was able to move into a condo that does not technically allow pets because of having the ESA papers. I now have my dream condo that I am able to share with both of my babies! It would not feel like a home without them!

The site was set up really easy to answer questions and it was very fast I will be telling friends and family who need there esa letter.cause if I didn't have the esa letter I be lost with out my dog she helps me so much
This was the first time applying for my ESA cat documents and the whole process was very easy. The support team stayed in constant contact during the Dr approval review time. I will be using them again for my renewal.
