I do not appreciate being labeled as uncaring in the application because I can't afford the total upgrade. Also, I have been billed for but not received a vest for my dog and it has been a month. Just a note, my cat, Luke is listed on my ESA document and he passed away 2 years ago.

The website dont work well, it keeps trying to charge me extra after i have payed. The buying methods are super manipulitive and i dislike that. For someone who is on a budget and cant afford an extra 90-180 dollars immediately, the no my pet dont mean that much to me button, is messed up. I will definetly be taking my business else where when i need to renew next year. The customer service is horrible too. Yall take forever to respond and when yall do the answers dont answer anything.

It has been easy and quick and very helpful. I was having issues and they resolved it quickly and I was just so thankful that they continued me immediately.
I will say it was a good experience only reason I give it a 4 is how much your paying for I just wish some stuff come with it like the certificate and card. I understand purchasing the leashes and vest but it would be nice to have those along with ESA documents and etc. But I will say they did have my documents within those 24-48hours and communicated excellent when I receive the downloads and further questions I may have not understand.

I have been with support pets for about 2-3 years and its the best peace of mind knowing that my ESA pup can be with me traveling or living. He really does make a difference in my life and without support pets I would have to have him live elsewhere. I've been using for the past 4 years this service for my dog and it has been amazing so far. I don't use it very much for travel, because I don't travel a lot but I do use it for apt complex purposes and it's been great because I can have accommodations. Now I added a new furry baby and just go the service for him too since I cannot live without them. I 100% recommend.
