The overall experience was good. It wasn't clear that both my dog and my daughter's cat were being submitted for approval. Only my dog was mentioned. I emailed Customer Service as indicated if I wanted to sign up a second ESA. The response was prompt and I was told that both were being processed. So other than a little confusion, all was good.

To get a total amount prior to entering credit card info. I would have ordered the Service Dog plan, but I couldn't afford in a 1 lump payment. If I could have made them in 2 payments divided. As couldn't afford the Service Dog pack plus the service dog pack.

Quick and easy. Could do better when it comes to requesting landlord form. I'm not able to send the landlord form myself so it would be easier if my landlord had a way of contact to get it signed.
