I renewed my dogs ESA letter because it became expired. Our new apartment denied the letter due to so many getting a ESA letter online & they told me i would have to go to a in person therapist then they will take it. So now i can't even use the ESA letter and wasted over $100 & i've been asking for a refund & no one's been helpful. I even have email & voicemail proof that they won't take the letter i first got his letter in 2024 & never once asked for a refund because it worked then. I'm only asking now because i wasted over $100 for no reason.
