I saw about this on Instagram and wasn't really paying attention. We've been paying extra fees for my cats and their rent is getting higher and higher. One night I decided to check their website. I told my boyfriend about the ESA and agreed to do sign up for it. The fees were affordable esp getting your 2nd ESA for free. After my application, I then realize that I didn't do my due diligence about their company so I searched for reviews and read posts that this is a scam. I went back to their website and contacted their customer support to confirm my application and the live agent that assisted me was very very helpful. I checked my bank if I was charged multiple times and they did not. In less than 24hrs I got my ESA documents. I was like, WOW that was fast. Since we are moving we were able to submit the documents on time. They even check on you if you received the documents which is great. I read everything carefully and I watched the whole videos.
We are so happy that we sign up for this coz now we can travel with our cats and stay in places worry free.
