The whole process was very fast. I did order and paid separately for actual paper documents plus the vest and I understand they will be sent in a week or so, but I received two letters as an email in few hours.
Have a few problems originally getting on the link but all in all it was very easy and I did a live chat with support and they were extremely helpful I was actually referred from my daughter who has used your services very happily thank you

We were trying to get our dog emotional support certified but all the process were too long and I needed to take her everywhere with me. They got the papers to me next day and kept us updated every step of the way, they even let my cat be added on as well.

But you do still need your actual doctor to sign documents for landlords, planes or hotels depending on how strict they are. Some places are happy with the ESA cards, some others require a doctor to sign off and somehow they know which doctors work for support pets (so they won't accept those).

The whole process was very easy and now I am able to take my dog with me when I need her. Suffering chronic pain for almost 27 years after a traumatic spinal fracture is no joke and nobody really gets it. My dog is what makes me happy and now I don't have to leave her at home! Thank you so much!

I did not give a lower rating because I have utilized the service before and it was seamless.
However, my recent experience was cumbersome and incomplete, as I have not received the documents, and additional ID cards and lease in the mail as of yet. It has been over a month since I've place my order and it took two weeks for the electronic documents to come in (and may have been longer if I didn't file a support ticket)

I purchased items on July 17th and have not received anything after 7 weeks. They charged my credit card and have never sent my items. I have contacted them 4 times, and I am just getting a computer generated response or get a person who tells me that a supervisor needs to call me back, and no one calls me back. Horrible company! I definitely think it is a scam and I got ripped off. Do not buy anything from this company. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
