We signed my 6.5lb Yorkie up as a support pet for my recently disabled boyfriend who was crushed by a forklift and left him physically and mentally broken. I ordered by the dogs size and unfortunately, it was to tight around the neck. As soon as I got it, I reached out to customer service and informed them of the issue and told them I needed the next size up. They had one sent out within the next couple of days and I received it within a week or so.
I received documents but not changed as I requested. Poor customer service
Helped get my animals in my apartment fee free (besides what it costs to get them certified)
It was quick to get my pet certified and the documents were easy to download and see!

Trash. I got no help, felt this was a scam and then months later I received documentation that K requested and was told that I would get within 48 hours. I did not. Probably would not do it again or recommend anyone else does either
Very simple which is made is stress free. I've been holding back doing this because I was anxious about how the process would go but it was quick and easy! I'm so happy I got it and I'm able to fully relax knowing I can finally go out feeling good with my pet by my side :)

My experience with Support Pets was exellent. The forms were easy to fill out. I received a response as to whether or not Oliver qualified to be a support pet very quickly. Paper were received in a timely manner.
I got my PSA certificate via email within two days. The harness, ID card about three weeks later.
No complaints.

Response time for extra information was slow, almost costing me my house. Supposed to be 10 business days it was more like 12-15. Talking to an actual person would improve the relationship between the office and the consumer.

I don't know why I received a harness that's is size XS for 7,5 pounds puppy, it's supposed to be at least S. And now she is almost 10 pounds. So what should I do with your harness that I paid for? Plus I thought that I'll receive everything faster, it took me more than a month.
