After leaving a review that they didn't like they messaged me and told me to remove the review. They supposedly we're going to send my order by yesterday yet they still can't reply to my messages! I will be going to my bank to reverse the transaction tomorrow. I can't believe how crap their customer service is. Nobody answers the phone or emails you to let you know what's going on! I better get my money back but I will also be reporting these people for fraud!

I has place an order and contacted them because it seem to be taking more time to be shipped. They explained that the demo re was because it had to be shipped outside the US continental states, that I don't have to worry and that the order was going to be shipped in a couple of days. So I gave them the benefit of doubt and awaited to see what was going to happen. Then I receive a shipping confirmation on Friday afternoon, I monitored the tracking number and the package arrive on monday. I was surprised because it arrive soon considering the distance from California to Puerto Rico. These was my true experience with the site.

I read all these reviews after I made my purchased and was a bit skeptical but now I believe these negative reviews are not real but an attempt to ruin the reputation of these company, I got my order and I cannot be more than happy with the quality of the product I received. There should be no doubt buying from them, and I will definitely return.

They took my money and never shipped my item. Contacted them MANY MANY times. Their phone # is an answer machine that no one ever picked up.
All the positive reviews seemed to be written by themselves. If you check out other review sites, similar reviews are there with different dates!
Some people had speculated that these guys ran a "triangle scheme," where they charge your card and purchase your item with another merchant with a stolen credit card.
Negative reviews don't come out of nowhere. I think they replied to negative reviews themselves by saying the issue had been resolved and the item had been received. In reality, who knows?
Supplyicon lures buyers with low prices, do the smart thing - save yourself the headache and AVOID.

I made a purchase on this site a 3 months ago, I got delivery in 3 days, great product quality and the most exciting pass is the pricing, the best I got after 2 weeks of comparison. Have and will always recommend site to friend.

I got my product last week, I am impressed by the quality to be honest not what I expected, was initially not sure about purchasing so I wanted a store pickup, they said they do not do store pick up because it was an home business. I insisted because I also live in California just 30 mins drive to where they are located, they accepted... I picked up my order and paid in cash, Sharon was really friendly and to be honest I will be buying more often. I do recommend Supplyicon. Cheers!

I'm a single mother, no income and was looking for the best price for an electronic cutting tool to start up a business from home, I'm glad I found this site. They shipped a 12lbs machine for free to me in Montreal, Canada, I couldn't get free shipping after 3 weeks for online search, thanks for your help and understanding. GOD Bless you guys! :)

I'm impressed with the prices, site design and fast response to email. I got my order as promised and Dave was helpful. Few products but was told they will be adding more, I will surely be back.

After several months and several emails later I finally got my money back, not from Supply Icon but from my bank! Supply Icon actually stopped communicating with me and refused to refund my hard earned money. At the end I had to go to the authorities to report them. Buyers please don't fall for their blatant lies and their disregard for customer service. From now I'll be spending a bit more, at least I know I'll be getting my products and piece of mind if something is not right.
