Incompetent staff

I have had a subscribe and save order for a very long time. I moved out of state. Was able to manage all of my subscribe and save items to be shipped to my new address. But not this one. I tried numerous times to change it. Went back and forth via email changing it. They sent my next one to the wrong address AGAIN! I even have an email where they ask me if I can retrieve it. Nobody ever helps! I finally called in and demanded a refund. I am appalled at their lack of follow through or getting an order correct. With my debit card being attached to my new address, I'm not sure how they are able to charge it, but apparently they did.

Troubles to receive, ou never receive.

The first time I get a lucky and worked it… but I did again and I didn't received anything, they want to me to go all places looking for my products, leasing office, neighborhood, and post office. That's disrespectful if you are a on line company it's your job make sure about the delivery… but you can get a lucky like my first time or never receive like second one.

Money thrown away

I I ordered oxy elite pro almost 8 months ago. I know it was on back order and I waited. 8 months and 40$ gone... no email. No refund... nothing. I've been able to get mine through Wilson supplements. So far the best I've used! I won't be going anywhere else but Wilson supplements

WORST EVER!

My package was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. And the tracking has no updates since they last update it said it was in my state. And that was 6 days ago. And they won't let me get my refund! This website is just a scam. Everyone go shop on Bodybuilding.com! TRUST! They come in a day to 4 days tops! Products always come and satisfy. Supplement warehouse is a SCAM

I guess it did work a little, noticed a difference in strength, i did feel a little sick a while after using it, and once i stopped i immediately felt better. So it works, but it makes u feel like crap

Never received order

Never received my order, when I look at the tracking it looks like it got held up at customs, not the company's fault however when I tried to email them about rectifying the situation they never replied. Either send me my money back or resend me the product. Complete crap..

What a circus

Definitely a dodgy company. I placed my order a week ago and still haven't shipped out. I contacted them requesting a refund and they canceled the order. They still haven't sent me a refund receipt. This is a circus of a company.

Not a fan

I have tried purchasing products through this website a couple of times and each time has been a nightmare. Yes, they have the lowest prices on the web but I don't think that they actually have a warehouse. As usual it's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. They NEVER answer their phone and you can't even leave a message for a call back. Email doesn't work either. Oh, and they charge your credit card at the time you order even though you may not get the product for months. I have decided to dispute this last order with my credit card company as I have no intention on ever using them again. I definitely don't recommend this company.

Received items very quickly. I was missing a few things but they promise to take care of it in the next 24 hours. Shipping was also quite high. If fit weren't for the shipping cost, I would have given them more stars.

I ordered 4 bottles of 270tablets they sent me 4 bottles of 180 tablets Ive reached out twice and they have not made up for the 360 tablets I paid for and didnt receive they have lost my business and I am reporting to paypal for my money back this is theft.

They keep saying that will ship my order but they don't. They've informed me an invalid tracking number, and now UPS says that is missing. I don't recommend them. It seems to be a scam. I never received my goods, definitely I don't recommend them. And now I'm going to call to my credit card company to get my money back. You shouldn't buy at supplement warehouse, they are fake. Beware buyers.

It was only after I demanded a refund that they shipped my order. They're the business that will print a label but won't ship the product the day it's printed. Sure, the USPS is an abomination who constantly misses shipping dates and marks items as delivered when said items are sitting at the post office, but Supplement Warehouse simply didn't ship my order until yesterday, April 12th. They printed the shipping label on March 31. How does that equate to three weeks? Well the NEW delivery date is April 17. Do the math. If they were concerned about customer service they would have at least expedited the true shipment.

By the way I couldn't provide proof of purchase because there's no option to show the confirmation email they sent, which was corny and stupid. Here's what they sent in essence: "... we handed it off to Louis, our CrossFit athlete with the endurance of a cheetah. He opened the warehouse doors, warmed up and stretched. Then took his shaker bottle and deliciously drank his pre-workout supplement... and was off! After a minor cramp he was off to our local shipping center just one mile away. Though sweaty and tired, he inhaled his post run recovery drink and gave your package to the delivery driver just in time to get it out before the last truck of the day left."

Cute, huh? Well maybe the "delivery driver" was on foot and was going to deliver my order personally? He must've forgotten HIS shaker bottle full of pre workout supplement, because even by foot, I should have gotten my package by now!

Just received my order today and I'm very happy to say the least. I wanted to take an item off my order and I called them about. On the very first attempted phone call someone actually answered, she went and found my order and took it off and sent my stuff out. Shipping was very fast even through all this COVID crap. Products came in great condition they weren't stale/clumpy. Last but not least the email after you placed your order and it ships are funny, a very nice touch.

Con: The only thing that could be better on is the free sups/accessories like how the old company would do shirts or shaker bottles or free samples.

Still gets my 5 stars though!

This is where I order my protein, I get the Isopure 7.5 lbs powder. I like it because they price match with other webistes, but lately when I press the button to process my order, it just goes to a blank page and my order doesn't go through. I tried 3 different times today. I hope this gets fixed soon... Until then, they only get a MEH.
