I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience with Superladystar. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, I was shocked by their poor quality. The shoes were made of cheap synthetic materials — definitely not genuine leather as advertised on their website. The sizing was completely off (about 1.5 sizes smaller than a standard EU 38 / US 7), and they had a strong, unpleasant chemical smell that forced me to keep them in the basement until I could return them.

I immediately contacted customer service to request a return and full refund. Instead of providing the return address, they refused to cooperate, offering me useless vouchers or a partial refund of only about 30% of what I paid. I clearly stated that I wanted to return the shoes and get a full refund, but they kept sending manipulative messages, trying to convince me to keep the shoes and even suggesting that I "sell them to someone else." (I would never do that — they are not wearable and I'm not the one trying to scam people.)

After two weeks of back-and-forth and wasted time, they finally gave me the return address. I paid 16 EUR (~18 USD) to ship them back to China — far less than the 45 USD they falsely claimed it would cost. As of now, I still haven't received my refund, so my total loss is over 80 EUR (~93 USD), including return costs.

Unless they issue a full refund, this will remain one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

As I can see, my returned parcel has already arrived in Hong Kong, but they're ignoring it just to have an excuse not to refund my money. Even worse, they keep lying to me.

Be very careful before ordering from Superladystar. Many of their positive reviews appear fake, and I wish I had done my research and read more genuine reviews before placing my order. From everything I've experienced, this seems to be a scam. You can find the same shoes on Temu and similar online shops for 5–7 times lower price, and at least Temu, Aliexpress and others accepts returns, issues full refunds, and doesn't try to scam customers like this company.

Warning – Poor quality and unethical seller These people sell extremely poor-quality shoes that you can easily find on websites like Alibaba for a fraction of the price. They resell them at "handmade artisan" prices, but it's a scam. I canceled my order days ago and they have been dodging my messages, avoiding the cancellation. Until today, they have not refunded my money. They are dishonest and unethical. I strongly advise against doing business with them – they are not trustworthy at all.

Love the shoes and service. This is my fourth pair of shoes. They are so comfortable and arrive really quickly.

I just got my boots 2 weeks ago and they are so cute! Tried them on and they are so comfortable. Before I could wear them to show them off, I fell and broke my ankle. Now I have to wait to really enjoy them. I love the dark blue color and the colorful accents are so fun. Trust me I will enjoy these shoes as soon as I can!

I ordered a pair of "leather" boots from Superladystar. After two weeks no tracking info, they said they had none. I finally tracked them down to a warehouse in Ohio where they sat for another almost month. I finally received them December 13th. The wrapping they were in AND THE BOOTS reeked of gasoline, you can't make this stuff up. I tried them on despite the overpowering smell, and they were neither comfortable OR leather. Their sell is about their comfortable leather boots. This is what happens when you stray from a reputable company or website.

I have been trying to return boots, they only appear interested in exchanging which I don't want. Ignore multiple emails with request for address and process. Avoid I would never use again too much hassle

I treated myself to a beautiful pair of red loafers. They arrived with a broken buckle. I sent photos and they kept acting like I don't know how a buckle works. This far they have not agreed to a repair or return. The shoes are worthless to me right now. For what I paid I expected them to be of a higher quality. You can see from the photos that one shoe is fine and the other has a broken piece of metal buckle.

I received a damaged pair of shoes. The business did everything they could to avoid issuing a refund.

They offered a small amount of money to have the shoes repaired, but I was told by cobblers they likely could not be repaired (and it was too little money). They offered to send me a free pair (after offering to send me a pair for even more money in violation of their own exchange policy).

However, after weeks of dealing with them, I lost confidence in them and wanted a refund. They openly refused to honour their own 30-day return policy. They also would not tell me how to return the shoes to get a refund.

Hand painted artisan shoes. Fantastic quality. Colours are fabulous…. Love love love them 💜. Would totally recommend them.

Although they took a few weeks to arrive, it was well worth the wait. Beautiful, well made with delicate embroidery. Fit true to size. Will definitely buy from them again

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I bought 3 pairs and one didn't fit and the heals were to high! On the site is states, FREE & EASY return! They told me it was my DRAMA and insist I paid for the return then ghosted me for over a week, when I showed them the website statement! Very bad business practices!

I ordered a pair of ankle boots.It does take over a month but worth it. They are the quality of Spring Step LArtiste that cost more than twice as much. The fit is perfect and the quality is there. I have ordered another pair as my 2 pairs of Spring Step are ready to be replaced. So worth checking out. They have other things to look at as well.

I loved the boots from the pictures. I read the reviews and everyone was talking about how comfortable the boots are so I decided to take a chance. They are the most comfortable boots I have bought. I wore them for 8 hours straight.

This is my third pair of shoes from this company. I have a pair of pumps and ankle boots as well as these sandals. They were bought for a cruise and I can't wait to wear them every night.

I'm truly embarrassed to even be writing this review - I've been scammed. The shoes aren't leather, the toxic smell coming out of the package was such that I washed my hands immediately after touching these shoes. They look, smell, and feel incredibly cheap. The workmanship is extremely poor quality. I won't even bother to try and return, but under no circumstances will I be wearing these shoes. I'd get laughed out of town. I'm even debating whether I should donate them to Goodwill - not sure what that toxic chemical smell is, but it can't be good.
