The items I purchased were beautiful, but I did not realize they were gold plated. When I contacted customer service they advised that they would have production call me to let me know if they can make it out of regular gold. I waited 24 hours and no call back. I asked for a label to return and was told I had to pay for return shipping. I would have been a regular customer but apparently they did not want that. Oh well!

They actually sent me what I ordered. They are very nice. Last time I ordered some aquamarine ear rings and got some clear stones. Twice. These are purple hard to mess up.

I ordered solid 14kt gold screw back earring studs. The front half of the erring were as advertised, however, the earring backs are cheap gold filled push backs, not screw back as advertised.

The earrings are betting looking than the pics. They are also bigger than shown, a perfect size. They were shipped promptly.

Placing the order was fine but the shipping was soooo slow- it took over 10 days to get my order- delay and delay, which was disappointing. The ring itself is pretty and I am satisfied with that.

I wouldn't pay $50 for EITHER of these items if I saw them in a store! COLORLESS? They are DEFINITELY colored... like dirty frozen spit! They look shattered, ZERO sparkle or "brilliance" although it says "enhanced" brilliance. Even the "sale price" is GROSSLY overpriced for the HORRIBLE QUALITY of this jewelry. And the pendant? Crooked, looks broken (bent to one side) with the same DESPICABLE diamond quality. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I would have rather wasted $1600 on day old tacos AND I HATE TACOS!
