The moissanite was very bright and beautiful. The setting felt very flimsy in comparison. A bit worried about the gem falling out. The pic of the sheeting looks way sturdier than what I receive.

I received the necklace very quickly. It's the only good thing. On the other hand, I feel cheated on the "11 Fiery diamond Shimmering..."
It's Horrible, not the same as the picture, the material: Very Poor Quality. I do not dare to give it as a gift, it would be a shame. I was so upset that I just dumped to the garbage!. No more offers pls!

The way the jewel looked in my hand was pretty small & underwhelming almost, but when I put it on- I really underestimated the beauty of this necklace. It is well made. It is very beautiful, the chain for it is dainty so that the jewel stands out only & the chain implanted at the top of both sides on the jewel so it stays put. The necklace isn't to short or too long, so it sits perfectly centered on your chest. I'm not even into jewelery much but I'll wear it more with this brand. The packaging is also cute, a reusable bag. & they even sent me an email to check if my order was delivered with no issues & 2 added coupons off my next order. Amazing jewelry, amazing customer service, will come back again

We had trouble getting the urn charm on the chain. The opening of the charm was smaller than the chain clasp.

I ordered a diamond pendant and it is very pretty. While I do like it a lot, I feel like the picture on the website didn't represent the actual diamond that I received. The chain it came on is dainty and nice but is shorter than I thought it would be. The certification card that came with my diamond is real grainy and a hard to read. Shopping the website was very easy and my order came very quick. SuperJeweler is amazing about sending communication emails regarding when your item shipped, is arriving and even following up after the delivery which is really nice. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will shop SuperJeweler again.
