Very slow shopping online and would not take my $20.00 off coupon
I placed a order for some earrings paid extra for insurance of delivery. Stated it was going to be delivered by DHL. Then fedex. Signed up for delivery notice didn't get one until I looked for updates myself and then they state I signed for the package that was delivered at 2. While I was at work. Then I get asked if I looked in my mailbox for my item. Like duh!
So I received a coupon stating I'm able to use toward a $50 purchase. While checking out I'm not able to use it but said it was applied. While checking out not able to view total until I actually made the purchase.
The necklace was lovely. The clasp was not in working order.

This necklace is cheap and not as advertised. The chain is already turning colors and I have never worn it. It looks like it is worth less than 5 dollars. Don't waste your money on this junk.

The clarity of the diamonds are not that great. They are quite cloudy.
I chose a ring for my girlfriend based off of a photograph with pearl and gold and diamond accents which are her favorite. (that looked really just a computer generated photo of a random pearl ring) and hoped it would at least look somewhat like the photo. It did not. The ring was tiny, and the metal super thin. I will be returning it as soon as possible.
I have zero complaints. I have been satisfied with my first two purchases and so is my wife. There something for everyone at this place.
