I guess even though all my data is electronic, someone has to rekey the address for a solid error process Super Jeweler uses. Not good, they shipped my wife's order to someone else, even though Super Jeweler has the correct address on file. Why do you think they manually key in the addresses when it's correct in my account? I guess to make errors and upset buyers trying to chase down delivered orders. Won't buy again or recommend to anyone.
