I was all excited to get these really cute, so called diamond earrings for myself & gifts, diamonds look like plastic. Horrible. When I finally got intouch with SuperJeweler they refuse to send me a pre paid mailing label so I can mail their crap back to them. Then they suggest I pay extra to have the earrings be signed and insured. Really? They know it's not worth it to pay $10 or more to get the stuff shipped back to them. I would ad a picture, but they don't come out clear enough to see the plastic looking glass. Shame on them.

I ordered in first week of November thinking to surprised my Bestfriend on her birthday but it's January and still I have not got my order. And every time I contact super jewellery, the staff would answer I would receive it next week and I never did. And after 3 month I got to know that they lost my order and they even didn't inform me about this. And when I called then they happen to tell me this in a very rude way. This is the worst worst worst thing ever happened to me and if you guys don't want to suffer like me please don't order from here. Never gonna recommend to any of you.

I ordered earring backs on 12/16/2020 for the earrings I am gifting my granddaughter. I paid for 2-day shipping. The package is still sitting in their warehouse or wherever they keep them. I have had two snotty girls refuse to help me. The last one (today) claimed the package had shipped when it definitely has not. The first girl had told me they shipped 12/18, and I would receive them by 12/21, even though their website said I would get them on 12/19 when I ordered them. I requested a refund today and was told I would have to wait until after Christmas, that if they did not show up, they would issue a refund. That is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. No one has told the truth yet. They have just dished out attitude and rudeness. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

COMPANY SAY NOW HAVE TO WAIT 14 days — THEN FILE AN AFFIDAVIT — THEN WAIT TO PROCESS — THEN THEY WILL DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO REPLACE OR ISSUE A REFUND.

Cheaply made product. Always claimed to be at a discount. Gold was like tin. Diamonds fell out of setting before being taken out of box. Customer service was very nice and promised to rush another pair too me. Never did. Refund was for the wrong ammount. Save your money, time and frustration.
These people do nothing but lie to you regarding shipping, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I was lied to for almost 2 weeks about shipment and meanwhile it was never sent out. Don't waste your time with the online chat because they do not have a clue. They have put me in a bad situation with the xmas holiday. Very sketchy and unreliable company
