Bought a throttle response adaptor for my Toyota Tacoma and they sent me out a part that didin't fit and was poorly manufactured. So I return it and they are trying to charge me for shipping and handling both ways. What a rip-off. Wasted my time and cost me money to get junk from them!
Here's their policy:
Once the carrier accepts your return:
- You will receive a confirmation email when your credit has been processed.
- All credits must go to the original form of payment or a store credit, which is determined at the time of RMA setup.
- Shipping, Handling, and Freight charges are not refundable.
- Any applicable return label fees will be deducted from your credit.
Even though they wasted my time... Buyer Beware!
