I ordered these for my granddaughters 18th birthday. I've ordered from SuperJewery in the past and have been fairly impressed with my orders. However, THIS pr of ear rings came earlier than expected, but one of the posts were bent and the posts are super cheap feeling, so I was afraid I'd bend it or break it trying to bend it straight. This really upset me seeing how I spent more on this goofy because it was for her 18th birthday
It is a horrendous company and I would always stay away from them. Took them almost two months to ship a order. Once it came, it was such a low quality. I ordered two things. The necklace looked like the 25 cent artificial jeweler kids get from the vending machines. I returned both things. Waiting on refund, lets see how long it takes now. STAY AWAY!

I would be thrilled to have had the order I placed in April this year yes still not got what I ordered and I am out of pocket £77.00 I returned the wrong order yes I paid customs and return costs then was asked to pay 57.00 Customs charge still no order had requested several times for the company to pay the charge and receive my order this wasn't done so September out of pocket and no order or even refund I payed for the order so if you want to pay money for nothing this is the place to give I could even rate this place there's no minus don't order ever

Super Jeweler sold me 2 sets of earrings described as 14k gold with no mention of any other metals or alloys in the description. After several infections, I finally found and read the stamp. It says 14k GF, meaning Gold filled. Had the website description mention Gold filled, I would not have purchased them.

I ordered a wedding ring for my fiancé on 5/03/20 and I still have not received it. Then I ordered a pair of earrings on 5/07 and received them today but they look a bit cheap and discolored. My ears started itching from the moment I tried wearing them. Aside from the fact that they take forever to get here considering they come from New York and I am in Virginia, I am worried the ring will arrive too late and be of poor quality too... I don't see my self ordering from this site again. I hope I don't have to return that ring.

Stay away. The worst and most frustrating (non existent) customer service. Poor quality. Waited weeks for my order. Arrived late, late, late and damaged! I was promised a new pair of earrings of a better quality. Still waiting, now another two weeks. I was told today, it will take another month. BTW, charged my credit card the day after the order was placed on 5/12/2020.
I ordered this ring on December 25th for my wife's birthday on January 15th. When I ordered it the estimated shipping date was January 2nd, it didn't ship until January 14th and I didn't receive it until January 17th, two days after her birthday.
