**Building a Gaming PC** If you buy from Superbiiz.com and opened the item you cannot return it. Also if the item is unopened they charge you a 15% restocking fee. This is completely a unfriendly place to shop as a consumer with compete out of date returning methods. I made the mistake of ordering one wrong part, opened the box and installed it. Cannot return... Stole my money. You are better going to Best Buy, Micro Center or a similar place where they offer FREE returns on all goods opened and unopened between 14 to 30 days. Don't make the same mistake as me. All Superbiiz is good for is price matching.

Bought a motherboard which had a short in it. Returned it undamaged via UPS who also packed it properly. Next thing I know, they are denying a refund because the motherboard has "damage" and they attach a picture which shows a bunch of bent pins. I feel like I was totally scammed and will not ever buy from them again. Based on the online reviews I think others have been scammed as well which does not bode well for their future. I hope others will share if they've had a similar experience.

I brought a Intel I5 11 generation processor from them on Ebay. They had the best price and it arrived in a sealed box. I put it on my new motherboard and the computer is working great! I'm a very satisfied customer!

The absolute worst experience I have
The absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering anything from online! This company took my money immediately and waited 5 days to ship the item, then used the slowest shipping available! My child will not have the item for Christmas due to them taking 2 weeks to get the item to me! This was not advertised this way at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are looking to get the item promptly you will be waiting 2 weeks or more to get the item! I have called their customer service multiple times and only get the same answer " the item will ship today"! Everyday the same answer!

This is a very little known website but they build PCs like pros. Just compare what you get from these guys compared to Dell and you will see what a huge markup you are paying for Dell or Gateway. Plus if you have problems, you can more easily get them solved with their warranty and speak to someone who understands the English language... not someone in India. Prices are as if you built it yourself. I highly recommend anyone try them just once and you will be convinced not to spend extra money at a retail outlet.

For any kind of PC component shopping I am using Superbiiz which help me to save money. I feel secured to deal with them. But some of the components that I have purchased recently from them is not provided the expected quality. So, I have a little disappointment with their service.

It has been a long time since I built my own pc but I do remember it being significantly cheaper than buying online. Currently when you configure your system through a major company you are seemingly paying much more than if you just bought it off the shelf. This company is located around the corner from where I grew up and has a real address/phone etc which is rare these days for internet companies. I took a look at their prices and they were far below what is currently being sold at retail for the same specifications. If you are looking to buy a new computer, I would recommend seeing what your money will get you at a larger internet retailer such as Dell, gateway, sony, HP and then compare the specs to what you can get here. You might be able get some significant upgrades for not much more money. Often times upgrading a HD will cost you hundreds extra... here an upgrade to 1.5TB cost an additional $26 from what I saw... Just try finding that deal on other more commercial sites.

I needed a Mini ITX motherboard for a downsized case and 7-year old parts. SuperBiiz had the exact motherboard I needed at a reasonable price (found via google.com/shopping). I bought it Monday, and it showed up on Wednesday. Part's installed and computer's running great! Very pleased, will use again.

After reading many reviews, next time I'll choose a retailer with a much more accommodating return policy just to protect myself as a consumer. If I'd had to RMA the power supply, I know that it would be very frustrating for me to wait weeks through the process, let alone pay the shipping cost for it.

Order was placed on a Friday, paid with PayPal and the payment processed quickly. The power supply that I bought was shipped on Tuesday evening the following week, and a tracking number given. West coast to East coast UPS shipping was 4-5 business days, as it arrived on Monday the week after that. My recommendation is to not order on a Friday; Wednesday or Thursday, at the latest.

The price with a rebate was lower than Amazon at the time, but the day that it arrived the price on Amazon was $2 less without a rebate, so your mileage may vary. If the rebate goes through without a hitch, I don't mind depriving Amazon of the sell, personally. The PSU that I bought is functioning without issue, so I don't expect to need to go through RMA with Superbiiz. It also has a 10-year warranty, which is why I've registered it so that there are no worries on my mind.
