First time I used Super to book a hotel and it was a great experience. They had the lowest fare for the hotel (hotel was wonderful) and I appreciate that they were able to send me text messages regarding the hotel. No issues with check in! Super Happy!
Super travel is nothing but scammers and thieves I paid for a room at 845 am when I came to the room at 5 pm they still had not sent my booking to the hotel I called 5 times and was told every time that someone was working on it and would call me back by midnight not one person had called back from the 5 calls I made I disputed with my bank and I had to pay the room twice I'm homeless and that was my money for room the next day now I have nothing
After a long hard day of travel I arrived at my Midtown Manhattan hotel room only to find there was no reservation for me. 12:00 am in the morning with everyone at the hotel trying to help, I then called Super and they first kept me on hold only to tell me they would resolve this problem promptly. Exhausted and embarrassed I waited for a call that never arrived. I called them back and they told me there was no availability in that hotel and that my money would be refunded. I went to the counter and ask the wonderful receptionists at the W Hotel midtown if they had a room but they told my they were indeed sold out. It is now 1:30am. I'm tired and in need of sleep. I went back on line and scored a reasonably priced room around the corner.

I rented a motel room and I was really pleased with the service the handicap room that they put me in I have never seen before fantastic the way you don't have to step over a bathtub shower toe with the shower is perfectly suited for anyone even in a wheelchair the only drawback I have was their ice machine with broke that was no big deal I could go down to the street and get some from the mini Mart down the road.
It was quiet no one Disturbed me and I plan on seeing about staying there longer the next time I'm able..
Booked me into a moldy hotel. The hotel refunded supertravel but supertravel refuses to refund me. When I chat with customer service they blow me off and then disconnect the chat.
My wife and I booked a 5 star hotel in Portugal via this website as it showed an attractive price. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was NO reservation found in the hotel system. Being in a different country and in a different timezone we could not reach anyone except chat. The chat reps did not help at all and we were forced to rebook at the hotel at a higher price.
We did hear back from Super via email and they informed us that they made a mistake and reserved us at a totally different hotel miles away!? They reassured us that we would get a full refund once an invoice is shared with them upon checking out.
Upon check out I sent out a copy of the invoice and it has been weeks since I've heard from SUper and of course NO REFUND for a $600+ hotel.
Obviously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone using this site and just stick to the big players. My next steps are to dispute the charges with my CC and to share my horrible experience.
I used Super.com to book and I must say it was an excellent experience. It was very easy to use and saved me a lot of money. Got a great price and also received an invitation to book again for a couch up to thirty dollars off on my next stay. Definitely will use site again. Frank O.,
Do not use this application for your reservations, the customer service is crap, and they never respond to complaints, for 2 months I have been waiting for a reservation refund and they always come out with the same stupidity that they are working on it and they do not answer anything. It's a scam, crap, I don't understand how Expedia can be partnered with this crap.
I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their poor refund process and unhelpful customer service. Despite the initial impression of cost savings, I regret choosing them for my stay at the Hilton on April 20,2023. I canceled the trip on July 10th, which was the last eligible day for a refund. According to their communication, the refund was processed and should have been returned to the original payment card within 1-5 business days.
However, five business days passed, and I did not receive the refund. Since then, I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails, encountering unresponsive and repetitive responses from their agents. They simply state that the refund has been processed and advise me to contact my bank. I explained that my bank confirmed having no record of the refund, and I even offered to share my credit card statement as proof.
Their agents lack transparency and seem defensive, with one of them attempting to misinform me about the processing time, contrary to their own stated terms and conditions. As of today, I have still not received the refund, which amounts to nearly $1000.00. This experience has left a negative impression, and I will not consider using their services in the future.
SuperTravel makes it impossible to process a refund for a stay, no matter the reason. They claim you can refund a booking up to a few days in advance but the reality is once they have charged your card, which is immediate, you are on you own. Only way to reach out is email or live chat. Chat is useless. They don't respond to emails. Their specials are usually for hotels that are 1 or 2 stars. Don't use this site and don't trust their deals.
Impossible to deal with. Full of lies and deception. Weeks spent on the phone trying to get our money back and being told they already sent the money but it never showed up. They even blamed it on our financial institution ATB! This company comes across as corrupt. If we ever get our refund that will be a surprise. This should not be this difficult! By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. FAIRLY CERTAIN WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.
We have all the proof of emails and credit card transactions to back this up.
I signed up for the"Super Plus" membership, they charged me the $15 membership fee. Almost right after signing up and paying the fee, I cancelled my membership because I changed my mind. The processed the fee an I called them the 2nd following business day to confirm cancellation and request a refund. After being ranferred twice their system ended the call, so I had to call back. When I finally reached a representative, he informed me that their fees are nonrefundable. When I asked if he could confirm that my account had been cancelled, he asked me personally identifying questions ( questions that an identity thief might ask - or a thief in general) then informed me thay he did not have access to view my account. I then questioned him to be sure they would not be pulling money from my account going forward and he said they would...? Sounds very SKETCHY to me! Now I have to freeze my bank account and cancel my debit card as well as mess up other financial transactions tied to them. I would have to say that my opinion of this company is:
RUNNNNNNNNN! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM! SaSAVE YOURSELF (& PROBABLY YOUR IDENTITY)!

Insist on mobile number in order to even view the offer and then send unsolicited texts about hotels miles away with no facility to unsubscribe.
I tried to make a hotel reservation for the end of the month for one night. When I got the confirmation I realized that the reservation was for tonight. I believe the website changed the dates when it opened up a new window and I didn't notice this. I immediately tried to contact Supertravel and first went to the Chat and tried to explain what had happened. They told me my reservation was not cancelable and not changeable and that this was explained before I booked it. I then called "Customer Service" and was #32 in the que and requested a call back. They did call back a few hours later and told me that their system wouldn't let them issue a refund. I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card. This was not a website I had heard of before a referral from KAYAK.
Booked my reservation 8 months in advance. Got the confirmation email and a follow up right before our travel date. Showed up at the hotel and they had no record of my reservation. The hotel was sold out so Super was not able to do anything except refund my money. Not sure how they could possibly screw this up anymore.
I stayed at Springhill Suites by Mariott in Chicago which Super Travel advertised having a pool. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. When it didn't have a pool, I contacted Super who claimed it wasn't their problem and to contact the hotel. I went down and spoke to the hotel front desk who said since I booked directly with Super, it was their responsibility to make it right. Super stated they wanted a letter stating to give me a refund, which the hotel refuses to do since I didn't book with them. The price was the best price of any other place for this hotel, but please make sure you review the hotel on their own page before booking with Super because they do advertise incorrect information.

We booked a room and it was atrocious with mold. Called Super Travel and they said we can not do anything. The hotel has to refund the first. Hotel canceled our reservation and refunded Super travel and super travel still will not refund me. They have my money and hotel money. DO NOT USE THEM!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
