Super sucks. Pre-paid for a hotel room. They then changed the hotel room to one much further away. The new hotel charged me again. Spent an hour waiting on the phone to request a refund and was told to email the new receipt. No response to the email. Super scam. Super sketchy. Super sucky.
My partner and I used Super.com to book a hotel in Toronto. Super.com had the best rate that we found online. We had a seamless check-in at the hotel. Would recommend!
Unfortunately i chose super.com to book my stay at the hilton in Aruba. While making the reservation. The original booking offered me a full refund if i decide to cancel before august 11. ( i booked July 7th)
On July 10th i decided to cancel my reservation through super.com and get full refund as promised, i was surpirsed by getting the amount minus the refundable booking fee which was 250$. I tried to contact their customer service with no luck. They told me its non-refundable fee although its named as refundable booking fee. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Just dont use them
Booked a room with 2 beds-price was good and the hotel was nice but when we arrived around midnight the hotel informed us they only had 1 bed bedrooms available. We had to take that room and have the kids sleep on the ground. Life goes on but in order for Super to do something they wanted me to have the hotel write documentation - not a receipt - but a letter describing the scenario and price difference between rooms. I don't have all day. Companies take care of issues like this or they don't last. Not impressed
This site will allow you to book with some of the nastiest hotels with fake reviews. We booked with a hotel with a roach infestation. The hotel apparently was aware of the infestation and refunded Super Travel since the booking was through their site. Super Travel refused to refund my money saying I didn't have sufficient documentation from the hotel the justify a refund.
Never book with Super Travel. Costumer service reps are incompetent and will ring you dry for every dollar they possibly can.
I booked a hotel through SuperTravel. 1 day before our arrival, my brother-in-law passed away. My husband used the reservation while I went to be with my sister. The hotel had the reservation but said it was not paid for. Super Travel charged my credit card at time of reservation, and the hotel charged my husband, and SuperTravel won't refund us or pay the hotel! Such a scam!
I've called customer service 3 times now to get this resolved only to be told they'd refund me, got hung up on the next time, and waited in a queue of 81 only to be hung up on again! Stay far, far away from this company.

We had to cancel our booking due to no internet or wifi at the hotel. We were told to contact super travel and ask for refund. However, super travel took so long to get back to us to resolve this issue. You won't hear back from them if you don't keep calling them, on top of the wait time for them to get back to you. Book directly to the hotel, don't waste your time!

I had a booking and had issues with the hotel. They offered me a refund for the first night but since I made the reservation through a third party they had to refund SuperTravel aka Expedia. The hotel credited the account before I left. But, I had to request a refund from SuperTravel aka Expedia. All they have done was give me the runaround after I submitted the documentation and closed my request. Food for thought: you get what you pay for. This company is a SCAM as far as customer service. They received the refund but did NOT return it to me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I'm a travel agent. BEWARE! Tried to upload documentation wouldn't take it.

We had a reservation done on a 3rd party travel site. The reservation was canceled by Motel 6 because my friend and his wife were put on a 60-day Do Not Rent list. I wasn't aware of it, and they said that they weren't either. The reservation was accepted by Super.com but was canceled by Motel 6. We were supposed to check in on July 1st, 2023, and then check out on July 6th, 2023. Super.com escalations told me that we aren't going to get our money back because they are a 3rd party booking company and that refunds are 100% nonrefundable. How are these ethical business practices? That's basically legalizing stealing from hard-working people. Plus, after looking at their terms and conditions they say we agree to waive our rights to a specific arbitrator court system. We couldn't use the reservation and I work payday to payday to try to support myself and survive. The total cost of the reservation is $650 dollars. I had sent 400 to help pay for the room, for me that's a lot of money and to some people that's a little. I am living Bi-weekly paycheck to paycheck. But I live in Colorado and the cost of living in this state is outrageous. Don't forget about the working class who are trying to survive.
I booked a room for a one night stay at a hotel 250 miles out the evening before I left for my trip. The day of my arrival prior to check in, the hotel did not have my reservation. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue, got my room, no big deal. Now this is where the issue comes in. The hotel I was staying at charged me an additional $200 because they said SuperTravel did not pay them! I told the hotel I have a receipt of my payment through SuperTravel but it didn't matter since the company didn't pay them. When I started chatting with SuperTravel customer service, I gave my confirmation number and email, the representative said the email was wrong. I literally had to send them a screenshot to prove it was correct. After that, they told me to email customer support to get my refund. I haven't heard from ANYONE through email. I then just disputed the charge with my bank and hoping to get my money back that way. If I had known it would be this ridiculous I would've stayed away from them to begin with.

We booked airline tickets thru Snap Travel now Super. The tix were cancelled without our permission and the money for the tix was not reimbursed to us from Super. Many many phone calls all with extremely long wait times to Super for help resulted in nothing except frustration.
Using Super for us was a true example of "penny wise/pound foolish". I would not recommend using Super under any circumstances.

Booked a hotel on their site and when I arrived at the hotel, they said I did not have a reservation. The hotel said they informed the website that morning that they had no more rooms available but they kept selling non-existent rooms to many customers. They will not return my money and stopped replying to my emails. An unethical, fraudulent company that makes money by scamming people. Do NOT book on their site if you actually want a hotel room! They will just take your money and leave you without a hotel.

They charged me for a room i was never able to use. When I disputed the charge with my bank they fought it showing them my reservation (which means absolutely nothing because the hotel didnt even have it in their system and i never used the room) STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Demanding refund because they advertised a hotel with amenities and walked into the hotel was under construction, debris everywhere. Lobby smelled terrible. Screws on the floor near the only ice machine that worked, 2 floors down from mine. 1 vending machine near front desk. Advertised they had a smart TV but the directions given wouldn't allow me to connect.
Ive spent hours and hours trying to communicate with them. Writing emails, "chats" on their website. I called and got automated system and it said I would receive a call back within 4 hours. No call back, and was denied that they would assist me with the refund from the hotel. Now I actually want a refund from them due to their shady and $#*!ty customer service. And I just noticed that they do not put their name on my invoice!
This company sold me a room that was already sold out. After traveling 9 hours the first hotel booked was unclean. Went to this site, booked a room for same night. 10 minutes later the front desk said no rooms have been available for quite some time. This company proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide written documentation from the hotel that they were full. What? This is 2023. You are selling rooms that are not available!
This company advertises and you pay for rooms that don't actually exist at the hotel. Super gets you to get documentation from the hotel to "help" you, but if they can't blame the hotel for their fraud, their customer service will be abusive, blame you, then ghost you. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
