After calling Super.com nobody as promised ever got back to me to rectify problem still out that $ plus another motel stay instead
The same problem that I see that many others who have reviews have. I booked a room for one night, I paid it to this company and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had no more rooms before we made the reservation and that our name does not appear in their system. They also told us that we should have paid at their front office and not through this company. I called them several times to get my money back but I get the same answer: someone will contact me but no one has contacted me! I want to call them every day until they get bored of me and maybe I will get an answer. Until then, I will dispute the transaction.I would give them 0.1 is too much.

Booked a room at a specific hotel address and was provides a confirmation email with the hotel I requested and booked through their website. When I went to check in, the front desk informed me that I was actually booked for the hotel at another address. I have attempted to co tact this company several times and have been told that my issue has been escalated and that an, " Urgent Team Rep", would be calling me back within 20 minutes. I did receive that call a few others behind that between the course of 2 days then the calls stopped and still was no resolution. This company finally offered me to cancel the reservation for free and refund my money. Well, now I'm being told that they have to investigate the issue that they caused, before they would issue a refund. The 1st representatives you get are no help at all and neither are their so called "Escalating Team". I spent $400 that I am afraid I may have to file a legal suit to get it back. I and my children are homeless and dont havr money, so this incident left us at a shelter. Legalshield, here we come! I wish I had read the reviews before spending my last bit of money.

FRAUD...Both, the hotel and Super.com charged my credit card, when I call them, the lady on the phone was reading a script and said sorry over 50 times but still refuse to help me, they want you to do all the leg work for them and ask me to contact the hotel... Trust me, the $25 saving is not worth your time calling back and forth, here and there. They hired outside the US, to say sorry to you over and over and hope that you will be annoyed and hang-up.

I booked a room on the wrong date and wanted to try and exchange/ modify the date. Customer service were useless and unwilling to help at any cost. Only use these idiots if you're on a budget and trying to save some money

Paid and booked reservation. Four days later they cancelled without notice. Discovered days before my trip, would not fix. Online chat hung up on me. Pretty sure I talked to the same lady the 3 times I called (Kat, Kay, and Mia) They made no attempt to take action but sure took my money though. Never heard back. Had to book another way. Don't believe them when they say "rest assured…"

Only one thing for improvement: I was not able to download the booking card for Apple Wallet on the website.
I booked with Super.com on 8/4/23 for a 7 day stay. Paid them $697.07.Got to the hotel on 8/6/23 for check in and was told my money paid in advance was not received. Been calling customer service since 8/7/23 getting different reasons every time with no results. I ended up paying $1297.67 for a 7 day stay. Customer service said money would be refunded within 5 to 7 days and still no refund. I now have to file charges with police and get an attorney to get my money back. PLEASE DON'T USE SUPER.COM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
